We eat doughnuts for breakfast and then I wait for my family to get together and then I used to cuddle with the stuffed animal I got, and dig out whatever was in my stockings then open up presents. Though I'm a young adult now, I don't think I'm going to get that stuffed animal...

At our house we eat bagels and cream cheese with smoked salmon and stuff (It's a Jewish tradition we have and we celebrate both holidays) and then we open presents! My Aunt usually brings me an entire garbage bag full of presents since I''m her only niece.

Ahhh. The almighty Tess, that is a very simple question and my answer is easy.
Well, usually, my family and I open our presents, first. Then, we eat our feast. Usually, after that, we just go our separate ways and I stay on the computer for forever c: Some time around 1 p.m, we get dressed. My family and I go to someone else's house or our house for a party, which lasts until midnight.

but I really hate the weather this year it is much too warm we don't have snow at all ;w;

we should be happy, that we at least NEED some kind of jacket... (or at leat a vest!)... December ist really thinking to be a April oder something like that (a few days ago, I sat on the balkony with my mum... in a simple T-Shirt...)

One Christmas tradition that me and my family have is to race down our staircase to see who can get to the Christmas tree first. The first one to get there gets to open the first present. Last year, while we were racing down the stairs, my brother fell and chipped his tooth. We're not allowed to carry out that tradition anymore. xD

My traditions really changed over the years. The ones we do now go as followed:

Chirstmas Eve around 4-5 (changes sometimes) I go to my grandparents and open up the presents my dad's side of the family gave me. We have a large dinner and normally turn on the Santa tracker channel on the TV.

When we get home we stay up for a bit then my little sisters go to sleep. Since I'm the oldest and know about Santa, I help out. My mom and I watch "It's a wonderful life" before I head to bed.

Chirstmas Day:
My dad and my mom normally wake up first. They wake up my sisters and I and we run downstairs to see what Santa brought us. I'm not sure how it started but we always go through the stockings first then the presents from Santa. After that my dad makes a huge breakfast with bacon and eggs. We open up a few toys. After that we had to my aunts house on my mom's side. Although a few years back they came to our house so it changes year to year. We hang out with family, then have a big fest. We always open the gifts last.

There you have it. My strange traditions that always change.

I usually wake up at like 6 or 6:30 sometimes 7, and then I'll go run to my parents room to wake them up. It takes them a little bit to wake up and then we get coffee. We start by going through our stockings and then we open our presents! Afterwards we eat our traditional Christmas breakfast while my dad starts preparing dinner. We usually just relax the rest of the day, and sometimes have some guests over. Also, we always open one present the night before Christmas.

LOL! Lots of people spend Christmas Eve or Christmas Day on the beach here in sunny SA too, since it's also in the southern hemisphere and, thus, summer!

But for my family, Christmas and Christmas eve is all about FAMILY. We have Christmas Eve at one of my father's family's home... it's by us this year... and then we open our prezzies! Christmas is always at the family matriarch, my eldest aunt's, house and is always joyful and jolly.

you know when its three days until chirstmas? our family watches one of the lord of the rings movies until chirstmas guess i'll be watching lord of the ring tonight




We go to my granny's house on chirstmas eve, and at night we play a game called zombies its were the zombie chases you and if you get touched by it your a zombie...but theres a way to NOT become a zombie. you have to stand by a chistmas lights! i LOVE chirstmas !


after zombies we eat... for like... 5 hours...

then we leave and i normally stay in my sisters room until i fall asleep i wake up open gifts and eat candy

Well, in my family, we get our presents on Christmas eve. We go out and drive around town in the evening and look at all the wonderful Christmas lights and decorations everybody has, and sometime we go to the houses where the lights are synced to a radio station, while my mom stays home and puts out the presents. When she texts my dad that everything is ready, we go back home and we put on our pajamas and open our presents. Then we stay up really late.
