Okay. We've waited long enough, Cassie. Zeph said, annoyed with Ferondir's uncharacteristic tardiness.
THUD! There was a loud noise that momentarily caught Zephs attention- he looked up, as it seemed to come from the top deck. He quickly brushed it off.
Sapphire, Guzore, Della, Jakub, Dimaethor! Come on! We're going home! He shouted, leaning over the railing.
The past is overrated anyways... He huffed, making his way up the stairs.
His head was still throbbing with noise and pressure, but Zeph could deal with that when he got back to his time.
At this moment, a pirate had attempted to run down the wet stairs, sword ready to swing at Cassie- however, It seems that Cassie had anticipated the attack.
As the pirate lazily swung his sword towards Cassie, she whipped her hand up and grabbed his wrist, the moment her hand was secured around his wrist, she flung him to the side, causing him to lose balance and fall over the railing.
ArrrrrRRRRRGHHH! *crash*
Uh... Cassie.. that was...? Zeph said, awestruck at the scene the just played out in front of him.
I'm really just not in the mood, now come ON! Let's go! Cassie said, agitated, without the slightest hint of pride.
Zeph paused for a moment, still in disbelief, before following her up the stairs.
Zeph and Cassie trudged up the old, mold ridden, stairs until they had finally made it to landing on the first floor.
Zeph stepped out, still feeling nauseous- though much improved as time went on.
As Zeph stepped out, another pirate jumped out from behind a wall.
AR! BETCHA DIDN'T EXPECT MAH SNEAK ATTACK!!
Cassie instinctively whipped out her dagger, but before she could lunge at the Pirate Zeph stepped forward.
The pirate arced his sword down, attempting to hit Zeph, however Zeph raised his hand, and made a clenching gesture towards the sword.
The sword was held in the air, mid-swing. The pirate attempted to force it out of Zeph's telekinetic grip, but to no avail.
Zeph swung his hand, and the sword was flung from the pirates hand, and off the ship- accompanied by the sound of a satisfying "Sploosh!" Though, he knew it still wasn't as cool as what Cassie had done.
The pirate then stumbled backwards, and ran back towards the other side of the ship.
Zeph put a hand on his head, as using the spell caused his headache to temporarily swell.
Okay, I'll get started on the spell. Zeph said, pulling out a piece of chalk from his bag.
