Bryce looked at luna "hello? earth to luna!" she said confused since she waited a really long time for luna to respond.

Shane turned around to see the girl zoe walk to the slytherin table. then turned to carter " i am so hungry!" she said holdingher stomach.

"hello." luna said. "care to sit?"

thalia sat unnoticed at the slytherin table not talking to anyone as she picked at foods, but she was very picky and ate close to nothing. she would visit the house elves later...like she always did after the feast for any meal.

carter was picky too. [like thalia XD] few things on the table actually looked good to her. she ate what she liked slowly.

ron piled everything on his plate and immedieatly dug in.

"thanks" bryce said sitting down reading the quibbler luna had just handed her.

Shane started eating some bread. "carter do you know where the gryfindor rooms are?" she said sheepishly.

carter was stunned for a moment. "no...." she said slowly. "i guess we'll just follow everyone else after dinner..."

"probably a good idea" she replied. taking a bite of chicken and plopping it in her mouth.

carter had a chicken wing and took a bite. it was one of the few things she liked but it was really good.

thaia felt a peck at her leg and realized it was her owl, streak, who had blue and purple streaks in heer feathers just like thalias. she was thalias only real friend. with a grin thalia gave him a pat on the head and a chunk of meat. [idk if the owl's a girl or a boy yet so i might alternated he/she...]

"when do you think our classes will be? when do we start? i am absobultly positivly bursting with questions!" carter said.

"um i dont know probably tomorrow hopefully. im soooo excited!" she replied her eyes widening.

"aren't we all..." carter said. she was still worried though. "i'v never done magic. il probably suck...well there was that one time i did it on accident...but.... i am so nervous that i'll be an epic fail..."
