Alright! So we have ourselves a prophecy:
"The mist will fall on the petals of a lily, and a storm will come loose and shake the jay to it's downfall"

The cats that are included are: Mistgaze, Lilyfern, Petalleap, Fallensky, and Stormtail. the 'jay' part is meaning JayClan. so if you tranferred this the prophecy would go like this:
