"Is Amethyst still down there??" Drimaethor asked. He saw how shaken up Sapphire was and furrowed his brow. Guzore was silent so Drimaethor took that as a yes. He put a hand on Sapphire's shoulder.
"I'll go grab her it'll be ok" he said in his calmest voice possible. Even though on the inside he was afraid. He handed Guzore his bow and quiver and went back down to the lower deck holding his breath.

Day -36,493 (Night)/Guzore/20/Where: Piratians' Ship (Past)/With: Sapphire, Della, Cassie, Jakub, and Drimaethor

Guzore saw Drimaethor run downstairs to find Amethyst. He couldn't let this go on any longer. He didn't want to cause any more emotional damage, but he wasn't about to let anyone risk their life for something that was already gone. He ran downstairs after Drimaethor.
Drimaethor, wait!
But it was too late. Drimaethor had already dove beneath the water. Guzore could only wait for him to return after discovering her grim fate.
...
Veneficus answered Ferondir through the magic device.
The ship is sinking? Amethyst died? Oh dear, it seems you've met with a terrible fate, haven't you? Let me check the time sphere on my desk. If it's split into two, that means another timeline has been created.
There was a brief pause, and Veneficus returned.
Good news, everyone! Well-relatively speaking. You didn't create a seperate timeline since those pirates were already doomed to disappear from this world. The time sphere is a bit shaky though, so you definitely shook things up a bit on the quantum level. You may end up a few minutes older when you return to the present. I suggest doing so soon, by the way. I don't know about you, but Gorons can't swim, Hohohoho!

"I understand, Master. What should we do with the body? I'm not well versed in the burial rituals of the Zora." Ferondir looked around, several of his party were on the top deck, but he had no idea where many of them were. "Can we cast your spell while we are on the ship?"

Della was close to tears as she listened to what Sapphire had to say. "Dead?" She repeated, wondering if Sapphire had become delirious. That wasn't good. Of course, she still hadn't seen the other zora recently... "I'm sure everything's just fine." She whispered, hugging Sapphire. "Guzore and Ferondir will figure something out, right?"

Guzore saw bubbles in the water, and suspected that it was Drimaethor. A figure rose out of the water, but it was Jack. He passed Guzore and walked upstairs. (Permission obtained)

Veneficus thought for a moment.
Hmm... While I respect the tradition of burial upon death, I'd prefer to not have anyone else's lives put at risk attempting to save the body. Then again, I'm not you, so it's your choice, really. As long as the sword gets here and you don't split time, you're all good in my book!
The orb went static and Veneficus' voice trailed off on "book."

- Local: On a rowboat right next to the sinking ship.

Ravoo looked around and saw Shia in front of him and the barrel behind him. In the process of looking around he found some scales floating in the ocean next to the rowboat.
-2 Scales added to Ravoo's inventory
Shia seems really worried, I think I should go ahead and introduce her to my friend.
"Shia meet Charlie, Charlie meet Shia!" he said cheerfully as he moved the barrel (Charlie) next to Shia.

Ferondir shut the case. "That's that."
He stood up and looked around for his party.
He couldn't think with all these panicking pirates.
"Satis!" he shouted at the sky.
A blast of cold wind came from the night and knocked all the pirates off their feet. "Get it together!" He shouted at them. "Running around like a bunch of sissies isn't going to help anyone! Seal the hole!"
He spotted Della, Sapphire, Zeph and Cassie, at the stairs that led to the second deck.
There you are, he thought.
He ran to them. "Zeph, we've got to get back to our own time."
He heard a crunch under his feet and found he had stepped on a sort of crown. All that he could salvage were two scales.

Zeph at this point was most certainly not okay. He could barely talk without stuttering his words and he was constantly puking out water in the process. He was in no shape to do the spell o send them back to the future or even take care of himself. "What's the plan, Captain Cassie?" Zeph said trying to sound funny. Zeph's mind must have been a little jumbled up because it didn't sound like his normal self. Cassie needed to get Zeph back up the stairs, but she still had concerns for Amethyst who was no where to be seen. She must have drowned. But is she really dead? And can we even leave a dead person from the future in the past? Cassie quickly dismissed these thoughts and knew what she needed to do. She needed to get Zeph back up the stairs to the upper deck. She had to have Zeph lean up against her as they walked up the stairs together because Zeph was just too out of it to walk by himself. As they were walking down the stairs Cassie heard some footsteps coming down. It was Drimaethor with a concerned look on his face. Then Cassie heard some louder footsteps which could only belong to one person. Guzore. "Drimaethor Wait!" She heard Guzore yell from the bottom of the stairs. She also heard a large splash as if someone was jumping into the water. It must have been Drimaethor diving into the water. He must of dived in to find Amethyst. As they continued to walk up the seemingly long stairwell Zeph had stumbled a few times up and Cassie had to continue to try and keep him up. Zeph's state was continuing to get worse and worse, but they were soon able to make it up the stairs to the upper deck where the others were. Cassie tried to let Zeph stand up on his own, but he just didn't have the strength to do it and had fallen back on the floor. Cassie continued to hold Zeph up as Ferondir had walked over to them. "Zeph, we've got to get back to our own time." Ferondir said to Zeph. Zeph wasn't able to completely respond to Ferondir. Zeph stuttered his words a little bit, but it wasn't very clear what he was trying to say. Cassie decided to respond to Ferondir for Zeph. '"Ferondir, Zeph is completley out of it. He doesn't have the strength to even speak let alone send us back home. I think we all want to go home, but right now I think the best we can do is get off this ship." Cassie knew that Ferondir wanted to go back, but at this point it just wasn't going to happen.

Zeph stumbled up what felt like several flights of wet stairs, leaning on Cassie- more than he needed to.
At last, they had just about made it to the top when Ferondir ran into view.
Oh hey, it's Feronderp. I mean... Ferondir. Feronderp? What's a Feronderp? Ferondir, Apparently.
Ferondir, Zeph is completley out of it. He doesn't have the strength to even speak let alone send us back home. I think we all want to go home, but right now I think the best we can do is get off this ship.
No, it's fine. I can do this- Zeph said, wincing as he leaned off of Cassie- He swayed slightly, but managed to stand.
Ugh. my head hurt, but I can do this. I can get past the pain. It's not that bad. That thought evoked a memory for the recesses of Zeph's mind. "You have to be strong now, Zephyrus- this is more than you.
The sooner we can get home, the better. Really, I'm fine. I've felt worse. He spoke as convincingly as he could, as he reached up and fixed his still wet hair.
He stood up straight, putting his hand on the wall casually.
Where's everyone else? We don't have too much longer before this thing is completely underwater. Zeph said, looking down from where he had just came. He could hear water rushing through the entire lower section of the ship.
Some of us reallyhate to swim. Or being in water in general. He glanced at Ferondir, then back down to the lower section of the ship.
I need to get started on defining the spells area- can you get everyone else, Ferondir?

Ferondir nodded, but hesitated. Zeph did look pretty tired. What had he done to himself this time. "Zeph, you look like crap. Let me give you my strength, don't do anything until I return." He turned his back on them and sprinted to the side. "Hey!" He called down. "I'm going to need you both to hold onto that barrel! I'm going to bring you guys up!" The fastest way to bring them up would have been the ropes meant to do exactly that, but the mechanisms were smashed.
Maybe he could still use the ropes. No, he'd need four people to haul up that load.
"Magic it is."
He pointed his staff at the boat. "Zephyrus!"
The breeze picked up and the wind came in from the sea and made the waves choopy. He need to focus it more.
He got down on his knees and pointed his staff exactly at the center of the boat.
The wind funneled and forced the boat (and a considerable amount of water) onto the ship. The long boat almost flipped, but Ferondir balanced it with a gust from the other side. It landed with a crash, and skidded into the mast, passing very close to him.
He cringed when he saw Shia's neck snap forward. He ran to them. "Sorry! Are You guys alright?"
