of course! my neighbors do it all the time with their 80s and music and it drives me crazy.

when you're about to fall asleep then your cat knocks something over, breaks it, and you gotta go clean it up?

My teachers never do that usually. If they did. It would be a yes.

When your watching youtube videos and your wifi goes down and you wait a bit then it goes back up. Then 5 seconds after your wifi is back it goes down again?
