My Family Celebrates Christmas!

CHRISTMAS EVE
It's basically a normal weekend, but at night we go out driving and looking at the beautiful lights people have hung for the holidays! Then before bed we open 1 gift, usually pajamas, then me and my brother cant sleep because we are so excited that santa is coming!

CHRISTMAS DAY

My brother and I get up at 5:00 AM and bug our parents to get up so we can open our presents (My favorite part). Our parents get coffee and then we all meet in the living room to open our presents and look at the beautiful snowy view outside from the big window! (not this year because there is no snow on the ground!) We open our 2 cats stockings and give them a little catnip, then we open our stockings! (One for both of my cats, my mom, my dad, me, and my brother) Then we take turns opening the presents under the tree! After all the presents are opened we all sit and admire our presents for a bit and then me and my brother go back to the computer and see my friends asking what they got for Christmas.

That's my normal holiday! I can't wait to see everybody's happy faces and my best friends derpy face after we open our presents (My friend and I have so much fun together looking at our presents, all you can hear from my room is laughter when we are talking.)

On christmas eve at night (maybe 20:00pm or earlier or later, depends on my mom and dad) my family looks for the first star in the sky. After that we give each other a peice something that is white and edible and say something nice like "Merry christmas" or "Hope you have good grades in school". Then we eat our food by starting off with soup and then eating anything off the table. We get our presents and open them. The next day we just eat left overs for breakfast

One Christmas eve, my family gets Chinese food :3 It's kind of a tradition for the reconstructionist jews in my community. (everything else seems to be closed)

I go too my friends house one the day before Christmas eve as it is her birthday, I stay the night and then my brother comes to get me and we go home and eat duck and open presents, then we go to a Christmas eve church service, we come back and go too a Christmas eve party and I hang out with my horse and donkey. Then at about midnight we go home and go too bed. On Christmas we go too my grandmas house and open more gifts, then we eat dinner. On the day after Christmas We go too my other grandmas house and give gifts and eat. Than we go home and sleep.

Well, when we had money to actually buy each other things, my family would make a huge breakfest, and then we´d open our stockings.
Then after that we'd pick a way to organize who went first to open presents, and we'd start with the oldest to youngest or youngest to oldest and one at a time open the gifts. We'd have over 100 things under the tree, now it's difficult to even have 15. It's pretty depressing now.

First i wake up and eat breakfast and i eat it down really fast! Then i get dressed ( early in the morning like 8:00 o clock ) then i brush my teeth trying not to spoil my clothes then we get our bathing suits and safety jackets and floaties and other things for the pool. then we drive there and then we celebrate eat food wait for an HOUR to go into the pool go into the pool pee in the pool because you don't want to get up to go into the bathroom ( i have to strike that ) try not to get pee pee water in your mouth or nose. have a open your eyes and hold your breath in the pool for 1 minute challenge then get out with your eyes burning red steal chips from the counter eat the chips save it when you get home get MORE chips go inside and eat wait ANOTHER hour then go into the pool pool closed then we run around the pool WHEN ITS WET xD slip fall cry do it again say goodbye to everyone go home go inside your home then eat the leftover chips. Thats how i do it LIKA BOSS! xD

I wake up once my parents wake up, i often sleep in XD, Eat breakfast, open up the presents under the tree then I go to my aunts house and get even more presents.

Well, usually I don't wake up until like dinner, even on Christmas. This year I already got my Christmas present, as I had to go to the store and pick it out + all the additions and arrows. So on Christmas day, I'll probably be rudely awoken by my nephew who will be coming to open his gifts. I'll bet five dollars that he'll jump on my bed and pull my hair Cx My sister and her husband will be there as well, and possibly my grandparents as well. My family was never really the type to party, since we're all anti-social (except for my sister's family) so we don't have a big breakfast or anything that involves too much conversing. I usually have my friend over for the day, maybe two. She recently moved so we no longer go to the same school, resulting in never seeing each other. Besides that, Christmas is a normal day for me.
