He smiled and slowly began walking back with her, keeping his arm wrapped around Annie.

Annie Gracie and Shane walked out of the Daycare and Annie saw Jake. "Uh.." She said looking worried.

Zane sighed and looked to her. " Anything you want to do? " He asked, combing his fingers through his hair.

He looked down at her, and then to Jake, then back to her. " Is that him? " Shane asked, an angry tone in his voice.

"Yes. But, don't hurt him. He is Gracie father. She hasn't even met him yet." Annie said to Shane with a hushed tone.

He growled, and then sighed heavily, only pulling Annie closer to him. " Fine... but I'm staying with you two. " Shane said softly, then glared over to Jake.
