"Show off!" Singe gives a small laugh before giving an exaggerated curtsy back to Edgar. "Once again, thanks to you my good Sir." Walking into the library was in fact very different from her older brother's room. There were so many rows of books with spines of different hues. The classic scent of leather and aging paper filled the huge space. "It is almost feels kind of lonely in a library sometimes. I don't know if it is the smell of the books or the condition, but it is just the way I feel at times. Just think about this feeling for a second. All the book that are around us right now could be filled with lost wisdom just waiting for someone to discover it again..." Singe turns in a full circle taking a look at all the shelves that play host to the books.

Lyra

Lyra enjoyed Dean's company. She liked seeing his expression changes, she liked hearing his voice, and she simply liked the comfort she received in being with him. It was an odd feeling to have, but she found it to be pleasant nevertheless. When Dean extended his arm out to her, Lyra firmly placed it across her shoulder and curled an arm around his waist as if he were indeed terribly wounded. She stuck her tongue out lightly at him and teased, "You should be as strong as me, Dean. Then I wouldn't have to worry about you." Approaching the office area where Nurse V could be found, Lyra caught sight of two women heading back to the offices. Lyra recognized the blonde as the nurse and called out, "Ah, Nurse Vanneste? Do you have a moment? Dean's got a wound that needs to be looked at."

Nurse V

"Here you. Careful, it's hot!" Nurse V passed off Halo's mug to Nina, careful to offer her the handle as to not burn herself. "I hope so. I work hard on each tea blend, and I wouldn't offer it unless it got my seal of approval," she added with a small laugh. At the mention of the dance, the nurse's eyes lit up curiously, "Oh? A dance? That should be exciting for everyone, and since it's still pretty early in the school year, it'll give the students a chance to know each other better. Great ideas as usual, Nina. You and the headmaster make an excellent team." On their way back to their respective offices, Nurse V heard someone call out her name. Turning, she spotted Dean and a girl she wasn't particularly familar with heading her way. To Nina, she muttered, "Pardon me, Nina. It appears that my duty calls." Turning to the students, the nurse asked with her brows creased in worry as she flicked her gaze over Dean, "Hurry, hurry into my office then. What happened? What's the problem? Was it, ah, one of those times again?"

Edgar

Edgar chuckled lightly at Singe's gestures, amused that she played along with his act. "I am merely here to serve you, m'lady." Upon entering the library, Edgar's silver eyes lit up with excitement. There was nothing like the scent of hundreds, probably even thousands, of old books permeating through a cozy building to get the vampire cheery. If it wasn't under the starry sky, the library would be the next place to find the quiet male. "Well, if we're together, then you shouldn't feel too lonely, right? I'll keep you company. What're we waiting for then? Let's go uncover the thoughts of the ancient and become the new keepers of knowledge," Edgar smiled at his companion, eyes glowing at the thought she put in his head. He grabbed her hand gently and led her towards the nearest shelf. "Ah, Singe, just where should we start? We could stay here all night and not even make a dent in all of these books." He ran the fingertips of his free hand over the spines before him, enjoying the touch of the worn covers.

Singe:

Singe enjoyed seeing Edgar smile as she followed behind him. She found it almost a relief to have found someone else that loved books as much as she did. Ice blue eyes preformed a quick scan of the shelf that was right in front of her, Edgar is right about one thing, it would take a long time to look through all these books. "I doubt that we could even cover half of the library within a year..." Her eyes came to rest on Edgar again prompting her to gently squeeze his hand. "Is there a certain subject that you wish to look for? We could go looking together..."

Dean's eyes widened slightly as he began to let out a soft, smooth laugh as she slid his arm over her shoulder instead of what he expected, it to be wrapped with hers. He watched her and glanced down her silver hair before hearing her words ring out to him while they walked. ' You should be as strong as me De- '' He chuckled slightly. '' If only i could be. '' He said in a mostly serious tone but still happy. Dean's eyes looked up to see the Nurse and his mother in the hall with cups in their hands. His eyes shifting over Nina as he nodded his head to her with a smile to insure that he was indeed ok. Dean glanced to his hand before to Lyra, his cheeks becoming warm suddenly before looking to Nurse Vanneste. '' I'll be ok, Really. Just a cut. '' He was still in full black gear.

She smiled and took it slowly, '' Thank you. '' She said politely with her hands clasped around the hot cups handles, They began to turn red under the heat though she didn't mind too badly. ''Yes. We always have a dance towards the beginning of the year to help encourage the students to do their best. I'll start putting up flyers tomorrow! It's going to be grea-'' Nina then saw them come to a stop and her son, and a female infront of them in the hall. She smiled over to the nurse and nodded her head, Then tilted her head to her son before turning back to Halo's office. Carrying the drinks in carefully and enjoying it with him.

Lyra

Realizing their proximity might have seemed odd to the headmaster's wife and the nurse, Lyra swiftly retracted her arm and patted Dean lightly on the shoulder, confirming what the nurse said, "Oh, please," she huffed and gave him a stern look. Though, it was one simply from her concern. "Go get it treated. Do you want me to wait for you? I don't know about you, but I think I have math next. Doesn't matter if we don't have the same classes. I can wait if you'd like," she offered with a small shrug.

Nurse V

"Small cut or not, Dean, it can still get infected. Come on now, into my office. If it gets any worse," she cupped a hand to her mouth and spoke in a lower tone as if that would make her next words a secret between them, "I'll get chewed out by your parents, and they're not just your parents but also my bosses." She said this with a flicker of amusement in her eyes, indicating that she wasn't wanting to help him just because her job may be on the line but because he was a student she cared for. With her tea still in her hands, she urged Dean to come with her to her office where she set her mug down and opened a couple drawers, obtaining some rubbing alcohol, cotton balls, and bandaging.

Edgar

"That's true..." the vampire breathed in agreement to Singe's statement. What she said wasn't even close to an exaggeration. In fact, it might have been an understatement. The library contained more books than Edgar had ever seen in his life, and those who ever noticed the quiet young man nearly always found his nose in a book. In response to her question, Edgar gave a light shrug as he continued to dreamily gaze at the volumes packed neatly together on the shelves. He ran his fingers over the spines and suggested, "I have an idea. Why don't you pick out a book for me to start with, and I'll pick something out for you?" He asked, tilting his head down at her slightly in question.

(( Hello Everyone, Apologies. I have gone sort of away as well, But back now.! Hope every has had a good
few months. ))

Dean's arm slowly dropped as he pulled away from her, Feeling her action of doing the same as he smelled them but didn't notice yet as he listened to her speak, He smiled slightly and nodded his head before his eyes shot to the side while the nurse spoke to him. His black attire shifting with his body and a swift nod. His charming voice lowered as he cracked a small laugh in response to Lyra. Hearing her words of waiting from class for him but as quick as it came out and rang his ears he had a reply. '' It would be kind of you as i believe i have math next as well. But you don't need to miss it, Though if you don't want to go to class just yet and listen to the teachers witty opening lines i'm sure he would excuse you if he knew you were helping me recover from aiding the school. '' Dean said softly as he looked to the nurse, Flashed a smile and nodded as he recalled what she had said. '' Please, Don't worry much Nurse Vanneste. My parent's would understand that i refused help and went to class. Though you are right about infection.. Maybe we should. '' He said as he began to shift back Lyra in a small motion towards the door, Her tea put off a scent that made him glance to it and back while wondering about getting some later after school. '' Shall we? '' He said to Lyra as he gave room for them to enter before him. The radio silent on his hip.
