Xander hid behind the shadows; watching the newcomer closely. "Another human..?" He whispered to himself. Toriel had told him that humans didn't come very often, so Xander was surprised to see another human so soon after he had fallen. Xander watched as Asriel- Toriel's son; played with one of the humans that had fallen down. Xander longed to join them, but didn't know how to greet the strangers. He decided to stay hidden. Watching, and waiting.

As Xander was about to leave, he stepped on a broken twig; making a loud noise. He froze; looking around to make sure no one heard him, but he saw Asriel turn his head. Scared, Xander quickly moved out of the shadows; tripping on the same twig that made the noise, and falling in front of Asriel and the human. "S-Sorry!" Xander apologized quickly, pulling himself up and dusting off his shirt.
