Annie pulled out her cellphone. "Hello?" She answer.. A soft voice on th other line now sounding frantic. "I'll be right there." She said closing her phone. "I'm sorry Shane, I'll be right back." She said as she ran out the door. She flew down the hallways till she came upon the Daycare she slammed through the door. "Where's Gracie?! Is she okay?!" She yelled.

Jake stepped back when Annie ran past him

Annie ran over to Gracie. "Gracie!" She screamed running to her."Honey, are you okay?" She asked walking up to a now crying Gracie. "M-Mommy, I-I hurt my f-finger." Annie sighed. "Gracie, What me to kiss it, make it better?" Gracie nodded and Annie kissed her little pinky finger. "Better?" She asked and Gracie got up and went on to get her doll. Annie sighed and stood up.

He smiled and sighed as she walked away. Shane sat down and looked around the dorm, then slowly stood up and left, wandering towards the daycare center. When he saw Annie, he smiled and walked over to her. " Is she alright? "

"She's fine." She just hurt her finger and overreacted." She said smiling at Shane.
