Hi, could anyone help me figure these out?

The caterpillar is from May 2009 and will grow into one of five outcomes all VR, and the pony is a rare from Easter 2011.
Also I know that one of the caterpillar outcomes is the PPS cocoon which I think is on the Advent List.

So my question is not what are they, but mainly what are they worth? I am horrible with trading and values and as such would appreciate any help so as to prevent me from massively undertrading or over asking.
