WildClan -Shadows Within- (ACCEPTING)

A large dusky brown tom walks up to you, his fur is unkempt and his eyes are wild and crazy looking. "Come with me."
You don't know where you are, or how you got here. You decide to follow the big tom. He leads you through a meadow and into a dimly lit forest.
He stops and looks back at you. "Welcome to WildClan. My name is Wildstar. I was the first leader of WildClan. You may stay as long as you need." His wild eyes glitter madly in the light. "Tell them Wildstar sent you."
You stand beside him and look down, seeing the camp at the bottom of an old quarry. You ask Wildstar why he helped you.
"There are dark forces stirring in this forest, I will not leave a cat to die at the paws of evil," he answers simply. You sense sincerity in his voice, but can't get past the untrustworthy amount of insanity in his orange eyes.
"Should you try to leave this forest unassisted you will most certainly die. If you join WildClan I can promise you a nest and food. But beware, the time will come when we must face the evil hiding here."

RULES

RECAP
In the previous thread, the Shadows arose from the forest around them and under the leadership of Bluestorm and Twistedsecret they marched on WildClan. This first attempt was unsuccessful. The clan managed to fight them off. Many clancats were killed including Greycloud, Mistytail, Shrikestorm, Hollowsong and Monsterclaw. Bluestorm and Twistedsecret were caught during the battle and executed for their crimes against the warrior code, StarClan and the living cats.
Bluestorm forced her spirit into an abandoned dying kit, Tempestkit, who was found outside the clan shortly after the battle. Twistedsecret's love for Bluestorm made him determined and he did the same. Twistedkit was found outside of the camp after the battle as well.
Dappletail, Phoenixstar's mate took on the two kits as well as Shiningpool's kits but fell into a coma from a suspected brain tumor. During the seasons after the clan struggled along, barely surviving.
Twistedkit and Tempestkit made it to warriors as Twistedbranch and Tempestsky. They rose the Shadows and took over the clan as peacefully as they could, Tempestsky killing Phoenixstar in the process and Twistedbranch killing Inktear which gave her the name Twistedheart. StarClan could not do anything and now is too weak to contact the clan cats.
Newleaf came the day after Twistedheart and Tempestsky got their nine lives. Many cats have converted to the Shadow's side as since the start of their leadership Newleaf has not ended which means plentiful prey and herbs.
A small group of warriors are conspiring against Twistedstar and Tempeststar, planning to retake the clan.

BRIGHTS
Brights are a creation of StarClan. During the early days of WildClan, StarClan received an ominous prophecy 'Fear the darkness which rises from the Void of what once was' so they created Brights and sent them to guard the living cats of WildClan. However as the decades passed the Prophecy did not happen and so the Brights began to die out. When they die, Brights can choose to come back or go to StarClan, if they choose to come back they are given a new body and name and sent back to the clan. Alternatively they can choose to return to StarClan which means they join the ranks of their creators as a dead cat. When killed Brights dissolve into glitter.

SHADOWS
Shadows are the entities that come from the place known as the 'Void'. The Void is what is left of the Dark Forest. After the Great Battle the four legendary Clans ThunderClan, ShadowClan, RiverClan and WindClan were able to destroy the Dark Forest. With their home gone, the cats of the Dark Forest manifested as Shadows. These cats not living but can be killed like their living counterparts. When killed the Shadows crumble into piles of black ash. These dark spirits are unable to reproduce.

-The Four Clans
The original series Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter. Includes Warriors, The New Prophecy, Power of Three and Omen of the Stars

-Bluestorm
The story of an evil she-cat who killed many cats. Bluestorm was WildClan's deputy many years ago. She fell in love with a tom named Oaktalon and they had three kits. However Bluestorm was a cruel and ambitious she-cat. She began training her kits when they were only 3 moons old. One of her sons Nightkit was killed during training. When Oaktalon found out, Bluestorm killed him. She was executed by Furzestar. Her two remaining kits Shrikestorm and Monsterclaw grew into proud and gentle warriors. She became the leader of the Shadows. She manipulated a living tom Twistedsecret into helping her wipe out WildClan. She marched on WildClan during a snowstorm and was defeated. She was executed by Mistfur, Phoenixstar's deputy.

-Wildstar's Legacy
The story of WildClan's first leader. A young mottled tabby tom named Frisk lived on the outskirts of a city with a group of loners. He and the younger cats often visited an old kittypet named Tito. Tito always told stories of where he'd come from, a clan far away in the belly of a mountain. He had been called Onefoot there because he had one white foot. Frisk felt deep down that these weren't just tales the old cat told, and so one day he confronted Tito about eh stories and Tito told Frisk everything. The young tom was determined to start a Clan of his own. So he traveled to Tito's old clan CavernClan and met with Bluntstar. The medicine cat of CavernClan told Bluntstar that Frisk was the cat StarClan had been sending him visions of. Frisk was trained in the ways of the ways of the Warrior and given his warrior name Wildgaze. When Frisk/Wildgaze left CavernClan, several CavernClanners went with him including the medicine cat apprentice. He and his new clanmates traveled to the Tribes of the North and the two clans of the east before returning to Tito with a multitude of cats. They settled down outside CavernClan's territory and became WildClan.

-The Stolen Birthright
This is a legend not a story. A 'Stolen Birthright' is the offspring of a male Shadow and a female Bright. Though usualy mutated, these cats live a normal life. The correct term for these cats amongst the dead and living is 'Mutt'. Becaue they are deceased Shadows cannot reproduce whereas Brights can. Despite being able to have kits many Brights choose not too as it is thought to distract them from their duty of protecting the living. Because of their fertility female Brights can produce mutts. A female Shadow cannot produce kits just as StarClan cats cannot. Mutts are normal living cats. It is impossible for Mutts to be born as a Shadow or Bright. Kits whose parents are both Brights have a 50% chance of being born a Bright. Kits born to a living cat and a Bright have a 20% chance of being born a Bright.

Personality; Generally quiet and passive, there are rare occasions when she gets angry and becomes confident around other cats. She prefers to think everything through before doing anything, though she's quick on her paws when a cat needs her help. She values life over anything else, and she will always help anyone in need, regardless of affiliation.
History; While medicine cat, she cared for the Clan with all of her energy, for the most part of her life. She treated every cat fairly and listened to both sides of fights, providing advice as she saw fit. Unfortunately she fell in love with Monsterclaw and had his kits (Pinekit (deceased), Shadowpatch, Dragonsong, and Ravenwing). Fortunately she had them while the clan was distracted fighting a big battle, and not long after another litter had been born, so that they could grow up believing they were Pheonixstar's and Dappletail's kits. She lived just long enough to train and name her own kit as her successor, and died that very night at the Sunpool.

Personality; Sharp and quick-thinking, generally a joker. He's around to have fun because it seems like none of the warriors bother with it. Sure, he'll fight for his clan, but he sees no point in fighting to protect lives if they're not going to appreciate the life they get.
History; He grew up in WildClan and, when the Shadows first rose, discovered he was a part of a prophecy. His fighting skills unmatched, he helped beat back the threat, even killing one of their leaders, Twistedsecret. When the Shadows ultimately took over, though, he took his family and whoever would come with them and ran for it, leaving the territory, where his mate gave birth to his three kits. Only two survived, Dawnkit and Lostkit. They went to CavernClan, but Dawnkit got lost and accidentally wandered back to WildClan, guided by Monsterclaw's spirit, where the Shadows took her in. Eagleheart was forced to leave her behind in order to protect his family.

Still, his destiny is to be a warrior, not a medicine cat. He has high ideals and works hard to always uphold them, but he is far from perfect and part of his duties will be to fight for his clan, so he will struggle to reconcile this discrepancy. He will always strive to be the truest friend he can be, though.
History; When he was an apprentice he was jealous of his sister's skill in training, so he turned to the Shadows in order to best her. Now he regrets it, but fakes loyalty to protect the remnants of his family. He hopes one day to break free and atone.

Personality; She is a doer. If she doesn't see any blatantly obvious reason not to do something, she'll go right ahead and try it. She doesn't believe in society or holding herself to any standards but her own. She takes almost no notice of rules, except sometimes she'll bother trying to be sneaky about breaking them. She also likes to talk to cats, and give them hope, help them see why living is fun. She's not exactly a leader, but she's very persuasive with her words, and even though she isn't particularly great at any specific physical skill set, she's pretty well-rounded because she likes to try everything, and encourages others to live a little by doing the same. She dislikes cats who are mean for the sake of being mean.
History; She has grown up feeling the eyes of the Shadows turned on her because of her father's role in killing the original Twistedsecret. As a result she's had a tough time and hates the Shadows, though she doesn't know what to do about it, and her father has kept all knowledge of the small resistance from her.

Personality; Sadistic and happy to kill, maim or torture on a whim, though in repayment for her freedom she'll give her obedience to the Leaders. Once she had been a cheerful kit, but her mother's refusal to accept her as a she-cat broke her slowly until she became the monster she is today. She decided every cat secretly thought her repulsive, and eventually her own self-hate lead her down the path to becoming a dark Shadow.
History; As a kit, she had been more or less happy, but as she grew she felt more and more inner pain, something she couldn't identify. She deliberately ran through thorny bushes and clawed herself because the outer pain felt better than the inner pain. Eventually she realized she was, in her actual heart, a girl, but when she told everyone she was rejected, laughed at, hurt. She ran away, and swore to get revenge, but died before doing so- so she's back to destroy her tormentors' descendants. And, when she died, her female spirit went to the Forest, she has returned in a body that matches her identity in the societally acceptable sense. Oh, and her name changed to "Kinkpaw" after an accident that broke her tail and nearly killed her.

Personality; Despite retaining most of his personality from Bluestorm, it is obvious that he has an internal struggle that she didn't. While he wants to make Bluestorm proud, he also wants to be his own cat. Despite coming off as cold and cruel, it is obvious that he is hiding behind a facade. He wants to be the best leader he can, not the most evil. It is evident that he regrets killing all of the cats he has.
History; Previous life was Bluestorm. He was found in WildClan's territory after Bluestorm's death. Many had their suspicions which were proved right when Tempeststar became Tempestsky and he began to take over the clan.
