Without truly calculating, I would say demand wise the moonswirl side is overpaying. That is s lot of high demand pets to trade off in one trade.

I´m not sure how much the cat is worth but the store pet is only worth a late 2010 rare.

though the Shima Longtail goes for extremely high overpay, rarity-wise they are giving overpay due to the excessive amount of 2010 rares, which already go for quite a bit of overpay by themselves. I'm not sure what the Shima LT and the Malk Mutant go for demand-wise, though.
