I was offered two things for this September 2009 pet (not to be mistaken for a toxic) in two different offers:
-the first trade offered a Christmas Tree Dog from the advent list
-the second trade offered a Tess Palomino Horse from the September list

Are either of these fair (I don't know much about demand so I'm pretty stuck with this at the moment!)

I'd say no, the seed has crazy demand. If I got the seed I would probably wait for the rarity before trading.

Regardless of demand and it's labeled rarity it's unfair to the seed
It will be on the mainlist somewhere at least. Heir side isn't even worth a lowest tier advent
