What doesx eeps mean?

Extreme Peter Pan Syndrome, I believe. It means the pet doesn't grow at all past the newborn stage, whereas PPS is the kid stage. C:

I always thought it was "early" but extreme works too. Usually it's just the blanket/baby stage instead of a second stage pet that stays PPS.

It began as extreme, but many people call it early nowadays too.

I personally stick to extreme x3
