Be honest with me: would any of you read a fanfic that was a sequel to Spirit Tracks?

I don't read Tloz fanfics so no sorry!

It's just that now I'm getting better at fanfics, I'm considering finally writing down this idea I've had for years.

In the meantime, here's Sky Lines, my fourth-favourite fanfiction of all time. (Behind Eon Fable, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Silver Resistance and Anthropology.) It contains occasional swearing.

Happy birthday Spirit Tracks in Europe! And Australia yesterday!

Is it just me, or does Spirit Tracks just feel... different from other Zelda games? Probably because it doesn't want to be taken seriously, but unlike Tri Force Heroes the fans actually understand that. Undignified in a good way?

A few days ago, I came across a Spirit Tracks post in French on Miiverse that said something like "Reply if want to see a certain person in another Zelda game". I wanted to reply, but I don't know enough French to reply to it.

Yeah spirit tracks felt like more of a mess around, a nice little novelty?
The train riding was strangely immersive though? I found myself totally getting into the conductor role and always pulling the whistle when I was supposed, easing the brakes on and stuff? It was fun silly.

It probably has to do with the fact that Spirit Tracks was the first Zelda game I knew the name of, and because I was too nervous to play it at first, I enjoyed it more. It's a weird thing I have that I like to call "Fandomphobia".

EDIT: In my endless pursuit of devouring all Spirit Tracks content there is, as well as getting ideas for A Spirit That Shines Forever Bright, I found a Japanese overview trailer. It's fairly standard, and even if you don't understand Japanese it's fairly easy to figure out what they're talking about, but towards the end I think they say something like "a young boy and a princess go on an adventure", which is great because it's similar to the tagline on the back of the European box. ("A young boy and a princess set out on a quest to restore the spirit tracks and keep an ancient demon locked away!")

Spirit Tracks is such a magical game; it's a shame that Nintendo doesn't acknowledge it more.
