Maris is a small kingdom. To the west lies the great sea Tathanon, where sea serpents bask in the warm rays of the sun and forgotten monsters lurk the muddy depths. To the east lies the kingdom of Vacitha, a much larger kingdom ruled by a mad tyrant who poses as a king. The two kingdoms are at war with one another, Maris fighting desperately to keeps it’s kingdom from being overthrown by Vacithia. But Vacithia isn’t the worst of this small kingdom’s problems, monsters threaten to destroy all of the villages with their hungry flames and magicians lurk the dark places of the land waiting to strike on any poor soul who crosses their path. However, this small kingdom is not alone, many magical creatures stand with them, with their help, this small kingdom might rise up and defeat it's enemies, will you fight for Maris?

Description:
Rynn is a young woman of about 5'12'' [175m] height, with a slim but very athletic build, who is also a very capable warrior, belying her attractive appearance. She is a skilled swordswoman, archer, and even magician when the need rises. She wears a leather tunic that leaves her midriff exposed, long leather pants, leather gauntlets [gloves?] and thick, fur-covered boots. A belt is slung around her hips and a weapon holster's strap runs diagonally across her chest, whereas on her back lies sheathed a great, silver sword with a sapphire in its pommel, letters of the same color but of a different language carved in the blade, and emitting a soft glow. Her body is covered in scars, although most of them are almost healed and therefore barely visible. Her auburn hair is pretty much always held up in a high ponytail, rarely being released from it as it is better for her to fight that way - no hair to get in her eyes and tamper with her movements.

Personality:
Rynn, although at heart a simple village girl and not very well educated, made up for it in exceptional combat skills which she learnt quickly after the death of her parents when her hatred for the bandits and her sorrow were strongest. She is often very over confident, believing she can deal with almost anything as long as it involved her sword. Her diplomatic skills are low, but she makes up for it with exceptional threatening skills, although she can sometimes have pretty witty and sarcastic comebacks that can throw her enemy off their feet [metaphorically], giving her the upper hand, be it in arguments or fights.

History:
Rynn hails from a small village, where her skills are renowned. When she was around the age of twelve her village was raided by bandits and her family murdered. Rynn hid out in the woods with her five-year-old brother Delon, after which they returned and were raised by the village priest. During that time Rynn trained and became the most respected village guard, commanding authority wherever she went. When she turned eighteen her village's economy started collapsing, forcing people to either leave or starve to death in their homes. She went out and did her best to bring as much food as possible for the people - but always giving some extra to her little brother - until none of the people could live like that anymore and left.

By the time she reached the age of twenty one her village had been raided once more and, this time, it was burnt to the ground. Whoever was left was kidnapped, including her younger brother, since at the time she was out hunting. This prompted her to take on the mission to find him, which soon led her to meeting her companion, Arokh, and although they had a rocky start they clicked together pretty well and went out to search for her lost brother.

Little did they know, by the time they found him it would've been too late.

Description:
Arokh is a magnificent beast with an almost perfect, well formed muscular body and he knows how handsome he looks - and he's proud of it. He tends to fancy himself and, like most male dragons, believes he is god's gift to females.

Fur/scales/feathers:
Blood red scales with flaming orange neck, underbelly and under-tail scales.

Eyes:
Burning orange with ruby irises.

Good or Bad:
Although his personality states otherwise, he's Good at heart.

Personality:
The great red dragon is a knowledgeable and intelligent creature who speaks very politely and distinctly upper class. With his high opinion of himself and his reputation, he likes to associate himself with high ranking military and the nobles of the world rather than 'ordinary people'. He has little time for common villagers and farmers regarding them worthless and not of much use to society. In fact he enjoys his authority and gets a kind of sadistic pleasure from making people kneel before him and kiss his feet. Rynn, however, was the one to break some of these past traits and solitude within the dragon, and despite his sarcasm and nasty attitude, Arokh has a good sense of humour and often jokes, and laughs, with his bonded as their friendship develops over the course of their time together.

History:
When he was very young, he decided to seek new lands and adventure and traveled with his father to different lands, but when they visited Maris his father joined the soldiers there and, more or less, left Arokh to fend for himself, which formed an instant bitter relationship between father and son. Angry and disillusioned and unable to travel home again, Arokh settled down and, some years later, met an early 40’s aged warrior who served as a protector for his village and its people. After being friends for a few months, the two decided to become companions and travel the land, helping people and finding treasure. Tragically, though, Arokh's companion was killed five years later when someone, an anonymous face, painted the man a traitor and Arokh an accomplice of some murder of a noble. Arokh was cast out for the next 400 years, never to be seen until he met Rynn.
