Rowanheart led the way to the training grounds and spoke kindly, "Remember, when training against clanmates claws must be sheathed at all times. For moves that require biting, we nip, no sinking teeth in to draw blood. If something is too much don't push yourself too much. If you want me to show you a move again don't be afraid to ask, I don't mind showing things more than once." He smiled.
