why does this bat visit this place?: Sapphire visits this place every year because this is the last place she remembers from her childhood, she can only make it every Christmas because of how far she is from it.

what does he/she do there?: She celebrates "Snow Fall"(Christmas for us) Snow fall is a day that she celebrates friends, life and fortune(how fortunate she is).

Why Do They Visit This place?:
"This place is full of irony. Look around you, and you will see nothing but beauty.
A simple purity that evokes peace and calm. Yet beneath this is a horror, a grave
of lost souls and broken bones. These beautiful crystals grow rapidly here, but
only because they have the perfect ingredient to flourish - decaying bodies.
Despite the odd magical beauty of these precious stones I resent them, for
they have taken root in the skulls of my family, and torn them from their graves
to make space for their useless gems. And yet, despite my overwhelming despair,
I come every year on the anniversary of my mothers death. I tour the caverns of
gems to find where she now lays, usually only to find shattered bones and crushed
skulls in the wake of the stones. But I will always return, even when the crystals
have grown over themselves and lay waste to this once scared land."
What Do They Do there?:
"As I pace the corridor, tracking my paw prints from a year before, I find the
skulls of my parents are now scattered from one edge to the next. I gather what
I can to return them to their previous resting place, breaking away the crystals to
reveal the hollow ground beneath. I settle the bones lovingly beside each other,
adorning them with red roses and babies breath wreathes. Before Im even done
with my final prayer the gems have already disturbed the grave, wrapping their
icy roots around the dirt that holds my small family and tearing them from the
ground. With a heavy sigh I bow my head and leave, only to wait for next year
to come along."
