History: Whinter was raised by her father on a ship. He stole things and sold them, everywhere, for money or other goods, and she learned from him to do the same. Besides her stealing, though, she's a generally good person, even if she doesn't seem like it.

Whinter is cold, unappreciative, sarcastic, stubborn, and doesn't trust anyone. She's also a smidge crazy. She will hallucinate random things, usually caused by fear, or blood, and she won't be able to respond to the outside world.
She rarely talks, and almost everything that does come out of her mouth is cruel and teasing, or sarcastic.
When she hallucinates, she's immediately helpless, and can go into endless fits of giggles for no reason.
She doesn't really have any friends, and does all her jobs by herself.
