Squirrel

Squirrel flicked his tail as he watched Birdpaw. "I live with two legs. I don't like them very much though. The two leg kits are the worst." Squirrel meowed with a frown not liking to think about it. "I'm finally big enough to get out and explore the forest."

Hawktalon was curled up in the shaded spot, resting her eyes. She took a deep breath and opened her eyes slowly as she caught a whiff of Shadowstorm's scent. "Shadowstorm?" she meowed softly as she lifted her head and looked over at him, smiling lightly at him.

Shadoqstorm

Shadowstorms ears twiched when he heard his name. He smiled when he spotted her. Shadowstorm quickly padded over to her. "Hello Hawktalon." Shadowstorm purred before he shyly licked the top if her head.

Hawktalon purred as she felt Shadowstorm lick the top of her head. She rubbed her head gently against his chin as she looked up at him. "I've been looking for you," she meowed as she nodded gently at him.

Shadowstorm's ear tip started to feel warmer. "Oh really? I was looking for you as well. I was wondering if you... Maybe wanted to go on a walk?" Shadowstorm asked smiling, even though he sounded a bit nervous. "Why were you looking for?"

"Well, I've been seeing you around with Blizzardsong," Hawktalon meowed softly, not wanting to sound like she's accusing him of something. "I would love to go on a walk with you," she meowed as she stood up and stretched her back out.

"Oh! So, you're a kittypet!" Birdpaw exclaimed, as he then suddenly realized what he said might have offended Squirrel. He then shifted a little uncomfortably, and backing a little as he moved. He stopped quickly looking at Squirrel,"Wait, you don't like your twolegs?" he asked. "Maybe you could join Holly Clan," he mewed with a small smile.

Blizzardsong nodded as she slowly padded into her leader's den. "I have just came back from a border patrol with Shadowstorm," she reported,"Just at the border we both scented kittypet." Since all Blizzardsong really wanted to do was tell Nightstar about what was found during the patrol, she just gave a simple nod. Then waiting to be dismissed, not wanting to leave right away, just in case there was any news Nightstar might have wanted to tell her.

Nightstar narrowed her eyes. "If you find the kittypet, chase it off, but don't harm it. Maybe scare it a bit, though. You've heard how they think we eat bones? Tell that to the kittypet, scares 'em off every time." she instructed.

Blizzardsong nodded. "Alright," she mewed,"But, Darkstar we didn't see the kittypet. We just scented them." She gave another nod, adding to her series of nods. She stood still silently and calm waiting for her leader to continue; that is, if she did have anything else to say.

"Well, if you do see the kittypet, chase it off. If not, don't worry about it, I'll increase the patrols along that border." Nightstar meowed.
