Matt Curtis pulls into the parking lot of Hart Academy in his old, rusty pickup truck. He exhales and opens the door. There are very many teenagers walking around. He walks to the entrance and up the stairs until he finally reaches Dorm #21. He opens the door and is surprised to see nobody else's stuff. He settles himself in, than grabs McCay's leash and takes him outside.

Matt sat down at the bench in the courtyard. He rubbed McCay behind the ears and then let him run around. After a few minutes, he caught McCay and started walking back to his dorm. He went inside, gave McCay some food and water, put McCay into his kennel, and left the dorm. He decided to go check out the cafeteria.
