Question: Are the advent gifts available during the whole month till Christmas, or do they disappear after a day/week? Are tokens earned during this month later? It's my first time of the December CS event.

each day's box is replaced with the next once the day rolls over. And no, there are no tokens to trade in C:

Kinda sad I missed the rainbow rat but tbh, I'm so happy about December's second gen bunnies and the fact we'll hopefully get more deer and basically the whole advent event that I'm not letting it get to me
