This time Hawkwing laughed. "Fair enough." He said as he looked up realizing that they were nearing camp

Rivermist sat down on a flat, sun warmed rock outside of camp. "I'm glad that you understand. Because you sure can whine like one." She said, smoothing down her dried fur.

As she ran she sniffed the air. The scent of water filled her nose. "The lake is close!" Suddenly the smell of two cats came to her. "Just my luck!" She thought. She didn't want to meet up with another cat, two other cats to be exact! She looked around then made an arubt turn to the left and continued running. Little did she know she was running straight towards the Lakeclan camp

Hawkwing rolled his eyes with a slight smirk, "yeah well older cats have the right to whine to younger ones." He said in a voice that mocked that of an elder.

Rivermist laid down on the rock, liking the feeling of the warm stone. "You aren't that much older, or else I'd force Sunstar to put you in the elders den." She said jokingly, not hearing the faint rustling in the bushes.

Nightpaw was almost back to camp when he scented yet another cat that didn't belong to Lakeclan (Skykit). The Tom looked around frantically his green eyes wide. He hoped it was another cat that was nice like Turtle but he couldn't be too sure. His luck would run out eventually

"Ha I'm not ready for the elders den!" Hawkwing said sitting beside her. "I have too much to do before then."

Rivermist laughed. "There is never anything to do around here!" she purred. She rested her head on her paws, watching the trees in front of them, seemingly mesmerized by the different colors.

"I know but I have plans." Hawkwing said a mysterious smile crossing his muzzle, "big plans." He added though hardly audible.

Skykit didn't even know if the black cat was still chasing her. She kept running but decided to check behind her to see. Better safe than sorry She thought as she looked over her shoulder. Due to her not paying attention she bumped into something causing her to stop and fall. Looking up she first thought it was a tree due to how dark the brown of the fur was. But when the 'tree' shifted and turned it's icy blue gaze on her she froze in fear. That's no tree! She looked up and saw another cat sitting on a rock. They're so BIG! She thought. Taking a step back she prepared to run until she heard the bushes rustle behind her. Dang it! I've been cornered!
