"What you guessed the last passage lead to." Jasmine said, seeing If Chance remembered what he had said earlier. "You asked If the last tunnel lead to the dungeons." She supplied, encase he had forgot.

~Shax Reace~
Shax stepped out of his car and was instantly surrounded by reporters. "Guards please make me a path!" Shax ordered, and instantly his guards had surrounded him, with the guns pointed at the crowd, while other guards pushed there way through the crowd to make him a path. When Shax entered the mansion his personal assistant quickly deposited a paper in his hands. "Read!" The man simply said. Shax looked down at the paper and started as he read the headlines:
The Second Last Reace Is Murdered!
The second last member of the esteemed Reace family has been murdered. Mr. Elijah Reace, the owner of the Elijah Petrol Company, has been found dead in his New York Mansion. His body was discovered by his Wife, Mrs. Veronica Reace and the cause of death is confirmed to be a dagger in the heart. His Cousin, Lord Shax Reace, the billionaire son of the recently deceased Lady Magdala Reace, Is confirmed as the main heir to Mr. Elijah Reaces millions.

Chance sighed. "That's probably a better thing." He murmured to himself. His gaze found the torch once it came to life. He watched the flickering flames for a moment, then followed after Jasmine. "What's there, then?"

Isabelle listened to Jackson curiously as he spoke about his friend. She wasn't sure why he was talking about his brother, though it seemed to be a subject he liked, or something. She didn't say anything for a moment, just studied the floor as if she'd never noticed it before. She wondered what it would be like to have a sibling- her father had stayed for so long, maybe he'd have taught her sibling the same things he'd taught her. Where was he, anyway? She frowned and closed her eyes. "Your brother has a different outlook on life." She said thoughtfully, though it wasn't a question. She actually wasn't really sure what to say in response to that. "You don't know where he is now?"

Jackson lowered his eyes and stared at the floor, he imagined it and trying to pull things together again as a picture of his brother flashed through his mind, Kyle. Where was he, was he being an idiot again, if he died Jackson would die on the inside as well, he hated to think that Kyle could die alone. His eyes narrowed ever so slightly and lifted his eyes sightlessly to the the ceiling and pretended that he could see it. "yes he has a much different outlook on life and the creatures in it, mind you I count a human as much of a creature as the wild lion in the Savannah" Jackson said. He listened and thought, "I have an idea, either at the cliffs or at the bridges, I wish I knew" he said and his eyes lowered.

~Shax Reace~
Shax dropped the paper in shock and started for his study. "Tell the newspaper men an assination attempt was made on me today." Shax said, as he reached the stares leading up to the top story. "Also I want the security systems upgraded, I want more armed guards, I want no one to be let in to the Manor, not even my best friends, and I want to be escorted by a pair of tanks and as many guards as you can get, every time I leave the manor."

OOC: Yeah. I was waiting to see if anyone would post for Fenix before making a post, but oh well.


After a few minutes, Eli pulled away, but didn't let go of Sonja. He looked at her and smiled. "Well, I think we may want to go in and clean up. Don't you?" he asked, his tone light. He then raised a hand to whipe the sweat away from his forhead which was now beginning to form from the heat of the flames behind them. He looked down at his hand and saw that he had whiped away a very thick layer of dirt and grime. He needed to shower, but he didn't want to impose. Instead he hoped that she may just offer it to him.
