Welcome to Jade's Winter Festival!! A event that will last all of December.

This whole entire month we will be having special adopts, DTA's, and other events for all MWK member and Non-Members to participate in. Some will be DA(Deviant Art) exclusive some CS exclusive. To participate on DA you need to have a DA account. You can compete on both DA and CS if you want too.

Please remember MWK's will be moving to DA officially on January 1st 2016 and will have a MYO event. This Winter Festival is to help transition you all to DA.

Draw To Adopt Event

The DTA event is straight forward. There will be a adopt posted that you will enter for by drawing him. You also need to fill out a small form on him, but this event is mainly judged on the art. We take into account everything, quality, quantity, emotions in the art, and the personality you make for the kit.

This kit is special! He has a mystery tail how rare!
To enter for this kit please design him a tail. There are a few limitations on it, but feel free to make his colors however you want! Remember, his orb MUST match his tail. Make sure you read through all the rules for him before entering.

★ NO Black or white tails
★ No more then THREE colors.
★ Do NOT draw him with the mystery tail. You must draw him with the tail you create!
★ All art must be drawn by you. No buying it.
★ There is no Max amount of art.
★ The form MUST be filled out.
★ No stealing art.
★ Forms MUST be posted on the thread. No Websites. If you would prefer you can post this in the DA group. But please, Choose to submit to DA or CS. Not both for the same event.

Writing and Drawing Event

Our Goddess Jade Just LOVES to read. She is always eager to read stories, poems, and anything that has words really.

For this event you can submit writing and drawings for Jade to read and look over. She is not picky on theme, but there are some requirements that must be met for different categories. She will also pick which users get a reward for the best writing and artwork.

The Catagories

Writing

For this section of the event, please write a entry. It can be a short story, long story, poem, journal, haiku, etc. The type of writing does not matter. Please write about your kit how they celebrate the season. This is broad for a reason, so anybody can enter even if they don't celebrate Christmas.

★ Long Stories have a MINIMUM of 800 words and MAXIMUM of 5,000 words.
★ Short Stories have a MINIMUM of 200 words and a MAXIMUM of 750 words.
★ All writing must be by you.
★ You may submit as many pieces as you want to write.
★ It must involve your kit and how they celebrate the season. This could be pagan holidays, Christmas, family traditions, or something out of the normal! The possibles are endless.
★ No stealing others writings.
★ Forms MUST be posted on the thread. No Websites. If you would prefer you can post this in the DA group. But please, Choose to submit to DA or CS. Not both for the same event.

Drawing

For this section of the event, please draw your entry. It can be any type of art. Sketches, fully detailed pieces, etc. Please draw your kit doing something seasonal. Such as lighting a Christmas tree, eating Christmas Cake, throwing snowballs, etc. This is broad for a reason, so anybody can enter even if they don't celebrate Christmas.

★ You may order art if you want.
★ You may enter as many pieces as you want.
★ You may draw as many kits of yours that you want.
★ All art must be drawn by you. No buying it.
★ There is no Max amount of art.
★ No stealing art.
★ Forms MUST be posted on the thread. No Websites. If you would prefer you can post this in the DA group. But please, Choose to submit to DA or CS. Not both for the same event.

For Non-Owners ONLY

For this section of the event, please write a entry. It can be a short story, long story, poem, journal, haiku, etc. The type of writing does not matter. ★ They can interact with other users kits in the story. (Please gain permission from the kits owner first)
★ No stealing others writings.
★ Forms MUST be posted on the thread. No Websites. If you would prefer you can post this in the DA group. But please, Choose to submit to DA or CS. Not both for the same event.

Jade knows that nobody likes to work for free, so shes offering prizes to EVERY user who enters her contests! She also will offer prizes to winners for each category. Please check below for the prize pool.
