"As I said before, at least you are loved my someone like your twoleg or something." The male meowed before he caught up with the she cat. At least you felt loved.... No one will ever love me or want me around them. Mousepaw thought with a small whimper.

She noticed something with the wild cat. The kittypet lightly rested her tail around her paws. "Not all the time." Brownie looked at Mousepaw.

"It doesn't matter. At least you got some love." He replied once more now laying down on a branch on the tree. No one ever will love me. Not in a thousand moons! This she cat probably doesn't even care what I'm saying but she probably wishes I would go away.

Her tone soften, "I'm guessing this isn't all about me, more like you and love." Brownie sighed. "I know the feeling."

"Yah right. Like you know one thing that I've ever been through." He hissed before giving another sigh. Like being overshadowed, cats making fun of you, and cats never wanting to talk with you.... Mousepaw thought once more feeling tears arise in his hazel eyes.

Brownie looked away. She started to climb up to the highest branch. One of her paws slipped from the grip it had and Brownie was dangling by two paws.

Mousepaw heard the she cat and his eyes widen when he saw her dangling by two paws. He then shot up before climbing up to the branch she was on. The male was bigger then her and since the higher you go the thinner the branches, he didn't know if it would support his and the smaller cats weight. The male gave a small wail before he shook his head and snorted a bit. "I'm going to go onto the branch then grab your scruff and throw you back to the main part of the tree. You climb down and I'll meet you there." Mousepaw explained. I'll be falling to the ground.... To save you bella. I will get hurt so you don't have to. He thought before taking a deep breath in. The male then dashed onto the branch and grabbed onto the she cats scruff. He lifted her up and placed her back on the tree making sure she was on securely. Mousepaw was relieved when the branch didn't snap. He was wrong for when he took a step forward, it snapped right then. Though before he fell, his head had to be under where the tree snapped off. Head banged against the sharp edges of the wood before he was sent down. He was fine at first for he straighten himself out, until he fall onto another branch snapping that off and he was thrown off balance. Now spinning in the air, he just had to pray fate kept him alive. The male landed on the ground with a loud thud before he gave a loud wail of pain. His face had a long gash going up and down, bleeding heavily. His shoulder stung probably three times worse then being burned alive, just pain swelled though his body.

Brownie gasped,quickly climbing down skillfully. She did indeed meet him at the bottom but Mousepaw was hurt. The kittypet sat next to Mousepaw, looking at his wounds. "Anything I can do to help?" She asked, but all she could think about was Mousepaw, hurt.

"J-Just get me some medical treatment. My home is too far away from here so the best option is the twoleg place." Mousepaw replied glancing up at Brownie with dull hazel eyes. I did this for you, your safety. He thought before trying to sit up but gave a squeak in pain.
