PebblePaw stood up, she really had to wake herself up. She shook herself and glanced around camp, squinting slightly. Her fuzzy face brightened and she bounded over to her fellow apprentice, JayPaw, and licked her ear. "Hey have you been out hunting yet today?" She looked up at the larger apprentice with a slightly cocked head, her caramel eyes gleaming.

Turtle jumped back, crouching down, and making herself look smaller than what she already was. "I'm Turtle." she answered, her yellow eyes bright with curiosity. She slowly started to stand back up, her short fur still ruffled with surprise. She watched Nightpaw to see what he would do.

Jaypaw looked at the Molly and smiled waving her tail, "hello darling and no I haven't." she purred.

Hawkwing smiled and looked back towards the entrance when he heard her. "Come on then! The fog should be clearing up soon once the sun gets higher."

"What're you doing in Lakeclan territory?" Nightpaw said forcing his fur to lie flat and forcing himself to look more fearsome than he actually was.

Tripod sighed as he hobbled on. He gave up on catching the squirrel. He was now wandering through the clans territory, unsure if he was leaving or going deeper and deeper. His front leg was now beginning to ache so he paused to rest under a large tree.

Turtle stepped closer, smoothing her fur down when she realized that he wasn't much of a threat. "I'm sorry, I never realized with the fog." she apologized. "You never told me your name though." she added.

"Can't you smell?" Nightpaw said, though the words felt strange on his tongue. He had heard other warriors and apprentices say it when they encountered rogues. Nightpaw flattened his ears once she asked the second question. He looked around nervously as if he were breaking some sort of rule, "M-my name?" he said quietly before responding, "I'm Nightpaw..."

Turtle beamed. "Nice to meet you Nightpaw! But I'm sorry, the fog was so thick that it wiped away the scent." she said apologetically. She smiled again after she finished speaking.

Nightpaw began to calm down a bit. "Nice to meet you to...Turtle." He said glancing around nervously. "I would be careful though... My clan isn't as um welcoming as I am.."
