Megan smiled faintly as she watched Alex.
"Thanks," she said, grabbing a shirt from the small pile of clothes. "I should get a shower."
this time she was more careful when she tried to stand up. Slowly, she took a step forward, suddenly feeling light-headed. Megan blinked a couple of times, trying to get rid of the strange feeling, before moving again.

Alex watched her carefully, goin over and slipping an arm around her waist. "Don't want you falling now..." He muttered softly, taking her across the hall and into the bathroom. "Towels are in the cupboard..." He explained before leaving and shutting the door behind him.

She came out ten minutes later, her black hair messy after being towel-dried. The shorts fit her well, but they exposed her ripped up leg to the world. Carefully she walked out of the bathroom carrying her blood stained clothes. The shirt she was wearing was missing a few buttons, but she didn't seem to notice.

[Midnight Butterfly]

Alex smiled, taking her clothes from her and dumping them in the laundry basket. "Are you hungry?" He asked, looking her over and frowning at her leg.

"Not really," she replied. Megan had a bad feeling that is she ate something she'd be sick, after all the drugs she took earlier. Her stomach was probably at it's worst since she got drunk with her friends two weeks ago.

Alex nodded. "Alright..." He said acceptingly. "Just make yourself at home and I'll be out soon..." He said, stepping into the bathroom.

"Alright," she answered, and waited for Alex to close the door before moving. Megan took in a deep breath, wondering how her body would protest if she tried to stand on her broken leg properly. She tried, ending up with a sudden shot of pain running all the way from her toes to her spine. Quickly she bit down on her lip to stop herself from screaming.

Alex got out of the shower, water dripping from him. He quickly dried himself before dressing. He walked out in a pair of low slung jeans. He had forgotten his shirt in his room.

Megan was standing where he left her. She turned her head when she heard the bathroom door being open, a surprised look on her face. She ran her hand through her wet hair, as she tried to take another step forward. She had to stop half way through, realising that it was still too painful to walk.

"Woah!" Alex exclaimed, rushing over. "Where do you want to go?" He asked as he supported her, his hair dripping on her clothes and his bare shoulders. He smiled apologetically.
