What you currently do: S.U.P. boarding, windsurfing, canoeing (Canadian, open and closed), water zorbing.
What you have done: all of the above, I have done in the past and I attend classes every summer, I no longer swim though, even though I have my 2000 meter badge.
What you want to do: sailing, jumping in puddles competitively, jet-ski.
What got you into it: at Rother Valley country park they do watersport, and my mum signed me up. I love it, and during the summer holidays I take classes in all of them, as well as cycling and team building.
Advice you'd give to people interested in the same sport(s): windsurfing is hard, so I would suggest when you first start have a 3.5 meter sail, then go onto the 5.5 meter sail, and if you get really good you can go onto the larger, harder to use 10 meter sail. stand up paddle boards, or S.U.P.S, are very easy to use. you stand on the board and use a paddle to push yourself. with canoeing, if you are Canadian canoeing, you need three people, and a good instructor to help you. if it capsizes, it is very hard to get back on the right side. if you are open canoeing, you are in your own boat. this is the easiest, because if you capsize it is very light and you can push it off your head. closed canoeing is very hard. you sit in a long tube, and if you capsize, you need to roll yourself around so you are the right way. if you capsize in one of these, and fail to roll, you have no air so you may fall unconscious. with water zerbing, you are in a ball, with another person, and you walk in the ball, like a hamster. that's it, basically, have fun, and get a good instructor!
Favorite parts: the games, like building rafts out of canoes, falling over in zorbing.
Least favorite parts: capsizing in a closed caone, S.U.P.S in the rain.
