I totally support this! I have been on many, many websites where you can have this option, and, honestly, it gets very annoying having to quote someone and then PM them in order to tell them you responded to their post.

Mm... I don't know about this.
I don't want to seem rude and like a hater or anything, but I personally dislike the idea. It would make CS seem a bit more like a social media site, if you get what I mean?
Anyway, this is my own opinion, I'm sorry if I seem rude. I just don't like the idea, that's all. ^^

I think this is a wonderful idea, Mythic!
It would be immensely useful for help threads in particular, like the "Is This a Fair Trade" thread; I strongly dislike having to bookmark that, since it moves so rapidly along, and I'd rather be ping'd than have to search for any answers I've been given.
Actually, I could unbookmark a number of threads if this was made an option, ehehe. What a fantastic suggestion!
