Redflower gently pushes Falconflight out of the way and looks at Sunstar, her heart pounding even harder.

"Should the apprentices even go out? Since its cool, the fog will be here for a while." Rivermist thought out loud, adding her opinion to Redflower's.

Sunstar sighed. "The lake will have to be off limits. Only the most skilled hunters should go out. We don't want anyone getting hurt." He answered, looking over at Falconflight and Redflower.

Blizzardwind looked around camp to see if he could see anyone. He faintly saw Tigerlily and he decided to have some fun. He silently slid across the clearing, his fur nearly invisible from the distance. He stalked up behind her, waiting a moment. "Well good morning." He said, breaking his silence.

Redflower nods. "That sounds agreeable." she said. "Sunstar, can we talk?"

Hurt and startled, Falcon took a step back. She glanced at Redflower, then at Sunstar, and back to Redflower again. What was going on between them? Oh no... She knew Redflower loved Sunstar too, and she had competition. Falconflight turned her head away. She did not want to watch.

Tigerlily merely flicked a ear and turned round. She smiled, instantly relaxed, when she spotted Blizzardwind. "You got me scared there," she told him sarcastically, her heart pounding wildly.

Nightpaw sat just within the entrance to the medicine cat den. The dark colored Tom stared out into the fog of morning with his big bright eyes. His tail twitched anxiously as he awaited his mentor to wake up and tell him how the day was going to go.

Hawkwing strolled back into camp. The dark tabby had woken early to get some hunting in before the clan awoke. Two good sized robins were clamped in his jaws. It was clear Hawkwing was using his skill in climbing trees to get prey for the clan that morning.

A sandy shape hobbled throught the morning mist. Tripod looked around at the ominous looking territory he had wanders into. His front paw made a light thump each time he landed.

Blizzardwind laughed and sat tall. "Oh I try. It takes a lot of intense training." He said, acting serious, tilting his head up, but glancing down at Tigerlily.

Sunstar glanced at both she-cats, raising an eyebrow(or whatever it is that cats would have). "I was actually going to offer on going on patrol myself." He answered.

Rivermist smirked, watching the scene unfold around her clueless leader.

As all tension drained out of her body, Falconflight nodded. "I don't mind going on patrol either. Oh, and when hunting, we should try hunting for larger prey so we can see them more visibly. Unlike mice," she offered.

Hawkwing laid his catch down on the fresh kill pile before trotting over to his leader and the shecats. "Good morning Sunstar." The handsome tabby said once he was close enough. "Making patrols?" He asked before licking a little blood off his muzzle
