"I'm never speaking to him again." Jadepaw said as she saw her brother's confused glance. "Apparently because of a mistake we didn't make, he hates us." She said as she continued on her way.

"I don't get it. I mean I understand what he told us but he was trying to keep the family together. He just gave up because he knew nothing was going to happen once we were given away. It's our mothers fault really." Salmonpaw meowed now seeing how things clicked. I just wonder how hard did he try to get us back? the tuxedo bobtail wondered.

"I know what I'm doing. I'm leaving the clan.... For him. I'm sorry Jadepaw but I just want to make it up for the guy. Tell the clan I drowned or something." Salmonpaw meowed with a small whimper.

"Don't leave me." Jadepaw pleaded as tears came to her eyes. "You're the only family I have left." Doesn't anyone want me? she thought. I've been rejected by my parents, and now... she didn't even finish the thought as she turned away from her brother.

"If you want you could come with me? Though I doubt you'd say yes anyways. I'm sorry I really am but.... I don't want to make Jag upset anymore. The male wailed before he padded back into his father's and his new mates den. Once he entered back in, by the look of Jag's face, he heard it all. "Thanks son." He purred slightly.

"I want to, I really do, but the clan.." Jadepaw said as tears ran down her face. "And Jag would never accept me." She added as she eyed the tom. She turned and ran away, but not toward the clan.

He looked back out before calling out, "but you don't know that!" He then gave a sigh before turning to his father. "I knew something was wrong with my family since day one. Now I'm with my true father." Kiku muttered before hugging his Dutch father.
