Firepaw glanced back up at Puppypaw once she finished talking. Soon a small smile spread across his face in which was rare. The guy never smiled but he always talked trash about himself, this time it seemed the she cat managed to warm him up a bit. "T-Thank you dear." He mumbled out, emerald eyes filled with warmth.

Jadepaw just stared at the ground. "So that's it then? Get a new mate and kits and forget we exist?" She asked.

Bramblefang let out a purr and nuzzled Fawn. "Forget about the prey, we should get going." He said.

"What did you expect? I know you would of never loved me anyways so I just gave up and went off to start something new." Jag hissed before he glared at the cats as a warning to leave or he would strike.

Puppypaw:
She looked into his eyes, her light blue ones reflecting from the lake. " Y-you called me dear?" she meowed in surprise, blushing. " But it's true. All true on what I say." she spoke, their green and blue eyes looking into eachothers.

Fawn:
She nodded. " yes, we should." she meowed. " I'm quite honestly not in the mood for hunting t the moment." she purredback. ( wait, did they have kits? I forgot... Whoops XD)

"Yah.... Just thanks." He meowed again before he gave the she cat a hug. Oh how he missed being around this sweet and caring female. This is all he ever wanted, just to feel loved by a cat since his mother never did pay much attention to him when he was a kit. She doesn't even still but that's okay.... The Brit had Puppypaw.

"I don't know. Just anything to keep my mind off of this." He replied before sitting up a bit. The male was really only confused and stressed out now, he never wanted to snap at any cat or even become angry. It wa a because he was too stressed and that was his last option.

I look at Roseheart and his friend and couldn't help but smile. I then focus on Joan again hoping the medicine cat would return soon and figure out what was wrong.

Bramblefang purred before taking the lead back to camp. "Our kits will be happy to see us." He said with a smile.

"How would I know? You never gave me the chance." Jadepaw growled. "We might have made it work if Mapleleaf had never given us up." She said over her shoulder as she walked out of the den. "Have fun with your new family."

"O-Okay then bella." Roman meowed before he stood up from his sitting position. He looked quite nervous right now and the skinny male was shaking a bit from tension and anxiety.

"Because I can feel it. Get out of here, you are no kits of mine." He hissed before padding deeper into the den.

"And you will never be my father." Jadepaw spat back. "I'm ashamed to be related to such a cat." She hissed. Deep down, she knew she didn't mean Jag. She knew it wasn't Jag's fault. She hated Mapleleaf.
