Honeydew
Honeydew followed along with Thornstone. She smelled around, trying to find some prey. Weird, usually I'd find something by now, even if it was small. She curiously continued to smell the area.

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn sighed as he followed behind his sister and the tom. He had forgotten the tom was older than him by two moons. She copied his sisters behavior, trying to find scents.

Rivergaze re-exited her den and went back into the forest, this time in search of poppy seeds. She knew of a patch near the border of the clan, and headed there.

Darkpaw gave up on the butterfly and sat down begrudgingly, his tail lashing a bit. He looked around camp for something to do.

(He's actually older than him by 20 moons...Thornstone is 38 moons, Honeydew and Fallenthorn are 18 moons.

Thornstone frowned as they made their way deeper into the forest with no avail. Eventually, he decided to veer to the right, picking up the scent of a mink. He motioned with his long tail before turning and heading towards the scent, staying down wind.

Honeydew
Honeydew followed Thornstone, also smelling the scent. She followed the tom, hoping they could finally find some prey.

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn could not smell anything but followed anyway. He heard a rustle of leaves behind him, but decided to ignore it.

Thornstone eventually saw the mink standing in a small clearing. He dropped into a low crouch, the action almost a reflex to him now. He looked back at the siblings to make sure they had done the same before lashing his tail from side to side while gazing at Honeydew. He wanted them to flank the prey. It was pretty uncommon to see a mink and he didn't want to loose the chance, especially with the lack of opportunities in general. Thornstone waited for them to fan out, turning his head back to keep a close eye on the mink.

Honeydew
Realizing what Thornstone wanted, she made a crouch as well while getting closer to the prey. She went the left side of it, flanking it like Thornstone possible wanted. She motioned Fallenthorn to do the same, knowing he might not understand as well as she did.

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn saw his sister make a motion, following along with her. Realizing what he really needed to do, he went right of the prey, watching both the prey and what Honeydew was doing.

Thornstone stalked the prey slowly. The mink was occupied with something but he couldn't quite tell what it was. It caught the sunlight and flashed into his eyes, temporarily blinding him. He recoiled and barely missed a leaf on the ground with his paw. The sudden movement had the mink looking up, startled. He looked over to Honeydew, then Fallenthorn. They would have to act fast before the mink took off.

Honeydew
Quickly, Honeydew pounced at the mink before it could make another reaction. She felt it squirming under her body, desperately trying to escape. She realized that she might have been a bit too forceful, and accidently gotten the mink under her stomach rather than getting it in her paws. She sighed, before motioning to her brother to kill it for her. If she tried to do it, it might escape. She kept thinking about what distracted her, maybe the lack of prey got her too excited?

Fallenthorn
Fallenthorn, impressed by his sister's skill, watched as she had gotten the mink. He went up to her, awkwardly going close to her stomach where the mink is and bit the mink in the neck. However, he had also bitten his sister a bit. He looked up in fear, worrying if she got badly hurt. It seems like she didn't notice. He sighed in relief. He looked at Thornstone with a slight bit of awkwardness.
