"Well, no but does any cat see that? Probably not." He replied with a calm tone which showed no other emotion now besides relaxation. Seemed that Jadeheart was really helping him out and Mousepaw just wanted to say thank you a million times over but as always, he was too scared.

Swiftpaw walked into the apprentice den and saw Mousepaw with Jadeheart. "Hi Mousepaw." She said as she bounced over to him. "What happened?" She asked curiously as she saw him up close.

"No I won't. All cats just pay attention to my sister. That's why I lock myself in this den and lay in my nest all day only coming out to eat." Mousepaw whimpered again. He didn't believe he was worth it being the one no one probably would remember if he died. He sometimes never even ate a whole day but he assumes cats won't even noticed. Not even his sister comes in to check on him. That's when he heard a bubbly voice from a she cat. He glanced over seeing it was Swiftpaw but any cheerful cat only made his male want to rip their heart out. His fur flared up as he gave a growl with unsheathed claws and an arched back at the other apprentice. He didn't want to see her at all right now since she's all happy and stuff. His hazel eyes were clouded with rage and Mousepaw hoped he could scare the female away. If she didn't then he would try harder but even after that.... He would let her stay for a bit seeing that she wouldn't leave him alone.

Swiftpaw sat down, keeping a calm gaze. "What happened?" She asked again, tilting her head. Swiftpaw wasn't very big, but it was always hard to get her angry.

He backed up from Swiftpaw before lunging a bit whine snapping his jaws at her. Just go away! I just want Jadeheart here now! He whined in his head. Mousepaw wouldn't give up in driving Swiftpaw away. He didn't know that the she cat even liked him but once he did know, she would have to give it her all to win his cold solid heart and make it warm again.
