Daniel watched Zero leave, then looked at Caine. "I'd love to stay, but I really have to be going, I'll be back sometime soon to chat." He winked behind the dark shades, before slipping out the door, managing to catch up with Zero. "Whatchya lookin' at?"

To be honest she had ignored Izumi for a while, she was much more focused on her surroundings, she didn't move much to look around, but she got plenty of information with a few glances and listening to what was behind her. The majority of those in the cafe seemed to be ghouls, she couldn't tell if she was surprised or impressed the others didn't appear to be distressed. She took note of a female ghoul behind her, the one Izumi had appeared to be familiar with. She got a quick glance, the woman looked rather drained by his presence. She knew by now what he was up to, she didn't know his motives, but this wasn't a harmless cup of coffee. The way he looked at her and took notice of her actions, she felt like a test subject. So far, he was winning, but she could play as well. From what she's seen of him, he's intelligent, and can likely tell when she's faking something. His jab about the CCG couldn't have been coincidental. If he was keen enough to see through her current display, there's no way he didn't know she was a ghoul by now. Yet he wasn't finished, he still had other goals with her or he wouldn't keep it up. The ghoul behind them seemed to have interacted with him before and only expressed annoyance from what she could see. Meaning he's done this with ghouls before and at least one other survived. Izumi isn't to be trusted, she decided, but as a human with all these ghouls, he was sure getting confident. There was no way he had a quinque with him, and that knife would do her no harm. She felt hunted earlier but for what reason? She wasn't going to let these humans push her any further. "Watch yourself," she warned "I won't have strangers go around calling me 'dear.' You may call me Miss Kimura, until we're better acquainted." she said in a playful tone. "I have coffee and sandwiches back at my apartment." she offered "It might take us forever to get served here." she wasn't serious about inviting him to her house, she wanted to see how he reacted. She was being a little reckless doing this right next to the CCG, but she couldn't help herself. If he accepted, either he was more dangerous than she thought him to be or he honestly doesn't know she's a ghoul. If he turns her down, he has reason to more afraid of her than she's afraid of him and shed have no reason to be nervous.

She stopped by a small late night coffee shop and bought a small cup to keep her from falling on her face. Being this late out at night was like begging for a ghoul to swoop her up and make her a meal but she paid no attention to it. She smiled warmly before leaving the small shop and continued her late night walk.

Zero

Zero looked up at Daniel, giving a shrug. "Nothin' man" he said, his interest shifting from the blinded girl & dog to the road. "Come on, I'll show ya where I like to find all the nice meals" Zero started forward, crossing the street and making his way down into the neighborhood.

Renn
Balto could smell the ghouls, and like all dogs was nervous around them. He stiffened up and Renn noticed "what's wrong?" She asked lightly, hoping that talking to him would help, it usually did. He didn't relax though as he led her forward, distracted by the scent of ghouls. He walked on the edge of the sidewalk, like all normal dogs do by some strange instinct, which was as trained out of them as sight seeing dogs, for a good reason. Renns foot landed on the edge of the sidewalk and her shoe slipped down the side, skinning her ankle and making her almost fall, jostling Balto around in the process. "Balto!" She scowled and he quickly led her back to the center of the sidewalk. "Chair." She ordered knowing they were outside a cafe, he led her over to one of the chairs at a table located outside the cafe and she sat down "Down." She ordered. Balto laid quietly at her feet. Renn touched her ankle and could tell it wasn't bad at all, barely bleeding in fact, but she still couldn't tell what had made him act so strangely. Balto stared at the two boys who were walking away, his gaze remained fixed on them.

She sniffed like a kitten and almost caused herself to drop her coffee. She felt a drop of water hit her head and then more began to hit the ground as it began to sprinkle.

It was pretty late evening and Rin was walking down the street around Anteiku.He usually have the morning duty but today one guy switched with him.While he was walking he decided to go inside Anteiku and buy some coffee because he was pretty sleepy.He felt that weird atmosphere around him when he walked inside.He was holding his case with qinque pretty tight to be sure nothing will happen to him.

Zero

Zero looked up at the sky as it began to rain and smiled cheekily. "Rain may dull our senses. But it makes for one heck of a hunt" he said as he slowed his pace somewhat as he spotted a girl. Watching her for a moment, he decided that she just may be worthy of hunting. She already seemed a bit spooked, the tension in her shoulders giving that away. "And bingo was his name-o" he chuckled, pulling his green hoodie up.
