Day 6 (Night)/Veneficus/150+/Where: Veneficus' Private Study/With:Everyone

Veneficus could hear the disappointment in Shia's voice.
You know, considering that you've all trespassed into this prison and are eligible for arrest, you can't exactly just leave. Your choice is to stay here and wait in cells for your trial tomorrow, or to come with me and learn a bit of History to avoid repurcussions. Any further objections?
Veneficus looked around to make sure everyone was there.
Alrighty then, let's go!!
Veneficus grabbed the green diamond from his necklace and held his other arm up. A bright green ball of energy appeared in the palm of his hand and began pulsating.
Farore's Wind!!
The green ball shot out of his hand and circled around everyone in the room at high speeds, leaving a trail behind it. Eventually, the room was no longer visible and all that was seen was a circular green wall of energy around them. There were several gusts of wind blowing about. A few seconds later, the green energy faded and everyone was in a circular room with windows. There were plenty of stars visible in the sky, with no clouds in sight. There were many magical tools and spell books lying around on desks and chairs in the room.
Sorry about the mess, I've been busy lately! What I wanted to show you though is over here on my note board!
Veneficus pointed at his bulletin board, which was filled with various notes about all sorts of things.

Zeph, who was fixing his hair after the rough materialization, had immediately began to zoom around the room with glee as he inspected all the cool gadgets that laid strewn across various tables.
He had to resist the urge to snag some for himself.
...
Zeph inspected the bulletin board- which was riddled with archaic and ancient runes, as well as some he recognized from various spell books.
Woah, wait. Is that? He thought, as he looked on the top left of the bulletin board.
Scribbled on a piece of paper was the symbol permanently tattooed on his wrist. Around it were 2 skulls, as well as some highlighted runes.
Zeph memorized the runes, to translate later.
However, he did recognize several. "The Boy Is Dark" some said.
He stared down at his wrist.
They were the exact same.
...
Wait... sir... is t-that? He said curiously, reaching down and unseating his sword.
It gleamed slightly as it was pulled out- the accenting runes pulsating ominously.
That is, that's my sword? What's my sword doing there? W-wha-?
Zeph wormed his way through everyone and got towards the front of the huddle.
He leaned in inspecting the chart in the center.
Darkness...Fire...Spirit? What is this? Zeph said, prodding the triangle in the circle.
I've seen that somewhere? Where have I seen that?

Shia felt really lightheaded when they reached the room. Stumbling backward, she leaned on a table. When she felt a little better, she examined the board Veneficus was showing them. Some of the symbols were familiar, and a few of the documents appeared interesting. But one of them caught her eye. "...Eggs?"
Please be patient with me, I'm super lazy and super forgetful. If it's my turn in a roleplay, feel free to pm me, I probably forgot. Heck you know what you can pm me anytime tbh I love getting pms.

Day 6 (Night)/Veneficus/150+/Where: Veneficus' Private Study/With:Everyone

My, my, my... you're a curious one, aren't you?
Veneficus cleared his throat.
That sword you hold there is one of three... er... very powerful swords. Most of you have probably heard of the Bordix before, correct? They're a tribe of dark magic users who live in the Badlands up north. They typically have white hair, purple skin, and horns on the side of their heads; but they can disguise themselves among the Hylians as well. As soon as Skyloft descended from the heavens, they launched an invasion on Hyrule in an attempt to take a special kind of magic that we had. We didn't have many options or modes of defense against their magic, so I transferred the magic into three swords and split them up among myself, Jakub, and Gorko. Each sword has a different ability that tends to vary depending on it's wielder.
Veneficus turned around and glared at Jakub.
Jakub... lost his sword a few years after I gave it to him. I didn't see it as a huge deal, as long as the Bordix didn't find it. Gorko passed his sword down to his son Gor Dolo, who passed it on to his son Darbo, who passed it on to a Hylian merchant who frequently visited Goron City named Boreas. Around that time, he received a prophecy from the sword that foretold of future events. I have it written down on this scroll.
Veneficus shuffled through various pieces of paper on his desk and pulled out one with bright purple text on it.
The events of strange
The Darkness to Brawl

To the forces of darkness hyrule will fall
Warriors of 12 to answer the call
The sages of 6 The goddess’ enthrall
Power, Courage, Wisdom, divines above all

Wisdom, Courage, Power
From light of earth, the dark descends
Should they return, this all depends
When hands point up to moonlit skies
After the gifts received, the darkness rise
When the time comes to the red lit hour

Beware of The Bordix
And their tricks
Beware of the Bordix
And their Strix

(Credit to portal2lbp2 for writing the prophecy.)
Guzore chimed in.
Hey! We heard a prophecy from a fortune teller in Arbor Harbor just this morning! I didn't get it, but Zeph here sure didn't seem to like it.

Shia held in a yawn. The long day was catching up with her. "Six..." She pointed a finger at the picture in the center. "There. A lot of those marks are in groups of six." I'm tired...

Sapphire covered herself with her shield as the wind whipped around her. As the wind went this way and that, her necklace flew off. She made a little noise, and as the wind subsided, she dashed around looking for her necklace, muttering. She found it, and said, "Oh thank goodness!"
She checked it over and, thankfully, it was ok. She put it on, and observed her surroundings. Everyone was crowded around a poster, so she kept a good distance, feeling nervous in her unfamiliar surroundings. She saw many magical objects and books, obviously he was doing something before having to deal with her and the others. She still had her shield out, but had put her spear away. She listened to their conversation. Why are prophecies so vague? Sapphire leaned against one of the desks, her feet still sore from all the walking. She accidentally knocked some of the books and papers off the table, causing a large noise.
"Eep! Augh, sorry!"
Her face flushed, and she gathered the books and papers, putting them back on the table hurriedly.
"Sorry! Sorry! I'm sorry!"

One of those "click to grow" things, click a few, if you can. At least the eggs, that way I can get more, since there is a 4-egg limit.

The red lit hour... An image of the blood moon flashed in his mind.
Zeph's mind was racing, giving himself a headache as he analyzed as quickly as possible.
He felt lightheaded, though he ignored that momentarily.
The events of strange
The darkness to brawl.

They fit- the-uh- the prophecies, they're the same thing. Zeph spoke quickly, distracted by his revelation.
He pulled out a tattered blank scroll.
Zeph softly blew on the page, as he blew words faded into existence on the page- Apparently hidden by magic.
The original prophecy carefully written in purple ink, notes hastily scribbled around the edges.
This- Zeph said, tapping the scroll and handing it to Veneficus.
-This Is what we heard, it's the same thing. The same- uh- prophecy?

Shia looked at the paper Zeph had handed the old man. A prophecy? She looked at Zeph questioningly. A sudden crash made her jump and swing around. Oh, it's just Sapphire. She pitied the little zora, who was cowering at the unwanted attention. "Let me help you with that." She picked up some papers and set them on the table, not bothering to look at them.

Day 6 (Night)/Veneficus/150+/Where: Veneficus' Private Study/With:Everyone

Veneficus heard a crash followed by some apologizing as Zeph handed him a sheet of paper.
No need to worry, young one! My place isn't in tip-top shape right now.
He read the prophecy that Zeph gave to him.
Oh, this is very interesting indeed. Yes, I believe that these prophecies are correct now. I believe that you twelve are the warriors that it spoke of.
A barrel rolled across the room behind the others and bumped Guzore in the leg. He looked down to see Andromeda peeking out again, but she quickly pulled the lid back on. He bent over and opened it, but she wasn't in there anymore.
Huh.
Veneficus could see that most of the group was unsure of him at the moment and somewhat distracted.
I can see that you're all a bit nervous right now, and I would be too if I were you. A strange man in a mask catches you breaking into a prison and all of the sudden he wants you to help him with a strange prophecy hung up on his well next to a shopping list. There's a lot to explain though, and I don't have much time.
Guzore raised his hand.
Ooh! Um, excuse me, Mr. Veneficus sir guy, but why are we low on time? My name's Guzore by the way! Hohoho!
Veneficus rubbed the chin of his mask.
Excellent question, Guzore. You see, many of you are aware of the King's Demise at this point I'm sure. What the public doesn't know is that the one who murdered the king was Dalgar, the leader of the Bordix. Given our past history with them, I fear that this may be a declaration of war and that they will soon begin invading our other major towns. If the prophecy is correct and Hyrule will "fall to the forces of darkness" unless "warriors of 12 answer the call," I believe that you may be the twelve warriors I'm looking for.
Amethyst spoke up.
Why should we trust you? How do we know you're not trying to trick us?
Veneficus was silent for a moment. He didn't appear to have an answer.
Guzore stepped in.
Because it's the only choice we have right now. Who's with me?
