Of Course there's alot of them but i personally think Is
Either between, Derpy and rainbow. Since they are
personally liked ones of the fandom,
But Since luna being a overrated princess,
(Sorry luna fans) And Scootaloo being the
Most lovable of all of the Cutiemark Crusaders

There is plenty of overrated ponies,
But i think the most underrated pony is

Fluttershy..
Before you throw ur computer hear me out... That's it....put down the pitch forks..ok..Its ok to be shy.. Shyness is not bad! I'm shy! But to flutters extent...yah.. People are afraid of different things! Being scared is not wrong! But to Fluttershys extent... You see where I'm going with this? It's dragged out to long for me... The fact that she's afraid of everything is just well frustrating. Kind of like she's doin it for sympathy...that's just what it looks like to me.. Notice when she's the most afraid she's surrounded by the ponies that will give her the most sympathy. Shyness? Ok flutters knows how to be assertive. It isn't as bad as being afraid of everything but still. She knows. She's progressed a lot since season 1 don't get me wrong but... She starting to get on my nerves...

I guess I kind of agree. We have seen lots of character development since season 1 with Stare Master and Putting Your Hoof Down, and there's more episodes like those with Fluttershy. :T
