Sleetfur let out a hiss at the foxes as he ganged up with Rainwish to make the first fox yip away, out of the boarders. He shuffled and dodged, scratching and biting into all of the foxes that dare look at him. Then, a fox bit his left hind leg and he let out a painful yowl as he was pushed to the ground. Staggering up, one of the two foxes remaining bared his teeth at the large cat. Sleetfur bit the fox's forepaw, it was his only defense; he attempted to call the other cats but none of them noticed him.

Littlepaw moaned at her cuts. For some reason, she was intrigued by Lionkit.

Rainwish~

Rainwish heard a yowl and whirled around to see that Sleetfur was being attacked by the second of the two foxes. With a hiss, she bounded over to him with her gray fur and tail streaming behind her. She leapt into the air with a snarl and sank her sharp claws into the fox's shoulders and tried to keep her balance on its back. Rainwish plunged her fangs into the canine's scruff with a violent ferocity and shook back and forth, asking through a muffled yowl to Sleetfur, "Are you alright?!" Thick lines of blood trailed from a bite wound near her spine and a few cuts here and there, but otherwise she was fine. Suddenly, she was thrown from the fox and tossed to the ground, and her body went limp. Rainwish desperately tried to stagger to her white dipped paws to help the tom, but the breath was knocked out of her.

Nightclaw ignored all of the noise coming from camp and the forest. He growled at it, and walked inside the medicine cat's den. "What's that annoying ruckus out there? It must be stopped."

Sleetfur managed to get up to Rainwish's body, protecting her from the foxes. When they weren't looking he dragged her limp body under the brambles and started to fight the foxes, not standing on his back leg.
