sometimes idk if people are being truthful or just flat out lying to me anymore?

lately i've just been losing friends just as i meet them anymore due to my sexuality and it hurts me a lot, especially when i'm still the exact same person, just now you know that i like the same sex. it especially hurts when i figure out my one friend left me due to me being homosexual, and they said that they're against it, but are friends with somebody who is pansexual, which i really don't understand at all? if you're against it, and are no longer friends with me due to that..then why are you friends with them? this makes literally no sense to me.

and now there's just some "friends" who are just ignoring me..and not replying to me. i usually hate starting conversations, though i often do it because nobody else really starts them when they're talking to me. even if i just say "hi" anymore, they don't answer me ?? i realize maybe they didn't read the message, but they most likely did. sometimes i even try calling them, but they dismiss the call. i myself may be pretty bad with replying but i always do and eventually will reply within an hour or so if i've seen it. i'm also pretty awkward and it's hard for me to make new friends, like some people could just snap their fingers and they'd have a new friend.

sometimes people tell me they're busy when i want to hang out with them and they're not, whatsoever. and it really pains me, especially with the lack of friends i, myself, already have, losing more as time goes by.

so two things
one- my best friend is always facetiming her boyfriend. and when she facetimes she never texts me back... so you see the problem there... it doesn't help that i almost never see her at school, and when i do it's only for three seconds in the hallway. when she's not facetiming him, the only time she texts me is if she wants to talk about her boyfriend... ugh.//

two- i told my friend that i liked girls as well as guys, and he decided to brag to my other friend that he knew something about me she didn't know. she won't stop bugging me about it, and here's what happened about 9 months ago when i tried to say something to her about it: i called her and we were talking and i decided to say that i had a crush on this one girl in my class, and her response was 'it's wrong; just be friends with her.' so... that's why i don't want to tell her and i wish she would just leave me alone about it. i keep saying that's it's nothing, but then she says: then how come [other friend] is making such a big deal about it if it's nothing; and if it's nothing then why can't you tell me? also if i tell her, she'll tell her mom [which she does with everything] and her mom will tell mine. i doubt my mom would be okay with it, since she's made it obvious she doesn't support lgbt+ rights...
so yeah, lots of stress with my friends right now.
and my stupid sketchup project decided to shut down when i was almost finished, so everything i did today was lost and it's due tomorrow :c

It's alright. I know Chickensmoothie can seem like a safe haven in the midst of public school hell, but you really shouldn't be on it at school. I was on my kindle once during class, next thing I knew, I had failed a test. You can always access cs at home, or at a public library if you don't have a computer at home! Though this is for everyone;

Your computer is NOT a safe haven. If you try to block life, school, people, etc out with the internet, you are going to regret it at some point

I rlly wanna ask my mom to get my hair cut short but I'm so scared that I won't like it, or even worse, I get made fun of for it. At this point, I should be past worrying about what people think of me but I still thrive on approval, I hate it.

do what you think is best. when you get a haircut, it is quite nerve wrecking, but soon your hair will grow and you can train it to be a certain way. it just takes a while to find what suits for you. im also currently debating on whether or not to cut my hair short, and it is quite difficult. like you said, you don't need somebody's approval, just your own approval. do what you want. what you'd like. and if you do get it cut, tell whoever's cutting it, (if you are going to a salon), to cut it the way you want it. be very specific. hope all goes well, love.

well, tell your friend to leave you alone. if you don't want to tell her, don't. tell her it's personal, and that she shouldn't get involved. if she already decided that your romantic decision is wrong, then she doesn't have to hear about your secret. also, try to tell your other friend to tone it down. that you told him and him only for a reason. even if he didn't tell her specifically, it still grows curiosity. //sorry if i seem out of place to say that //

and, with your project try explaining it to your teacher? try your best to be polite, and explain fully what happened.

Do what you want! A girl in my english class, ashely, she cut her hair like a stereotypical boys cut and it looks great! Anyone can find a way to make a style choice fit! You just have to go for it! And I know how it feels to wonder what other people think, though they're probably going to keep their feelings to themselves, so what does it matter? If you chose to dress/feel/act/look, how you want, their approval or disapproval is just like another grain of flour in a cake; you need it to thrive, though it's always what you choose that puts the delicious frosting on top!

I got my hair cut really short and noone messes with me about it. i tend to get more compliments really, heh. id say go for it; you won't know until you try it. the worst that could come out of it is you don't like it- but short hair grows out fast and at least you'll know. approval is a thing I don't concern myself with much but I think you'll be okay. don't forget about the weather- if you have longer hair and you're getting a short bob or less than it might be considerably more cold y'know. possibly try getting it a bit longer than you want it short and if you like that than you can go shorter ((if you trust the stylist)
