* Welcome to our humble centre! Here, monsters of all shapes and sizes have gathered. Moving from the underground to human society is a difficult transition, and so these monsters have come here to seek your help.

* That's where you come in: these monsters are looking for people who are willing to be their friends, accept them into their homes, and help them integrate into society.

* Our long name is 'Underground Adoption Centre', but we like to call it 'Adopt a Monster'!

rules of the centre

** all rules made by tess are in effect here, as they are in every adopt community. **

** be polite to both staff and other members of the community! **

** no begging or bribing will be tolerated. begging will result in an immediate strike, and bribing will result in
an immediate temporary ban. do not complain, either. complaining will usually result in a warning. **

** as of now, please do not trade or resell the adopts you receive from this centre. if you wish to gift an adopt,
you must ask the owner (xhat) first. gifts should only go to those on-site. you may take adopts off-site once they
have been adopted, but must link back to this thread. **

** no major changes may be made to your character's design without the artists approval. items and clothing are
not restricted by this rule. **

** please, please use common sense. don't claim an adopt that isn't yours; don't bully anyone; don't do anything of
that caliber. period. **

** don't breed/mate/allow your characters to make babies outside of this community! a nursery will be made in
the future, and that's what it will be directed towards. the adopts here aren't limited by sexuality: they can be
anything you'd like! Polya relationships are allowed as well. the nursery will be made once 25 monsters are adopted.
monsters may have partners/significant others before the fact, however. **

** if you have a question about the rules, adopts, or anything, post on the thread or pm a moderator or the owner. **

** please do not ask to become a staff member if there aren't any applications up or the owner hasn't expressed
wanting to hire any staff. **

** i reserve the right to reclaim your adopts if you've been banned from the centre. **

** if you break a rule, you will receive one warning. after that, you will receive strikes. three strikes and you'll
receive a ban; if you break two more rules after the fact, you will receive a permanent ban. i reserve the right
to give out automatic bans if the rule breaking is severe! **

I'm making an artist search as soon as all the information has been set up.
All of the art will be done on oekaki, and probably won't be lined with pixels for the sake of neatness. ^^
