xxx► [People did show support for Tunisia as well as far as I know. I've said this a few times, but I'll say it once more in simple terms.
Paris was publicised greatly because of its unexpectedness, and the amount of people that died in such a short time. There were a few large events going on including football and a band's concert, so there was already attention brought to Paris before the attacks happened.
Additionally, people might be unaware of Mexico and such. Do not confuse accidental ignorance and unawareness/not being exposed to news about Tunisia, or Mexico, or etc. for real, genuine ignorance towards what has happened elsewhere.
Moon, we are not ignoring it. The 'side-chat' that you saw was started from conversing about Paris.]

However, I don't believe that music is really wrong. you, I am sure, are doing this because you care. but some broadcasters for example are most likely broadcasting this tragedy to earn the notice of people instead of really caring for the people who have been lost purely because they did not experience it so it does not effect them. this is ludicrous of course and we do not know who will be targeted next, and that is why those who have not lost anyone are focusing on the here and now so we are immune, for a time, to the upcoming danger.

xxx► [I am aware that some will be doing it for publicity but not all of them. There are a hell of a lot of people who obviously will not care because of their lack of connection with the event. I'll admit that I cannot connect to it myself either, since I have no relatives in France, but I do give sympathy to people involved because it will be understandably hard for a lot of people who were victim of the attacks in some way and I know a few people who had relatives or friends over there when it happened. On the other hand, there are also a hell of a lot of people that do care for their own reasons. Sympathy to the people, showing support or respect for the people, or against IS.
The way that Music said it, though, seemed to generalise everyone into one group of people who were only doing it to bring fame to the event. It would be wrong to assume that everyone is doing it as a publicity stunt. Some of it may not be for support or fame, but to show fearlessness or a 'stand' against Islamic State, because one of their biggest fears is people coming together in unity against them.]

I'm not sure if anyone is still talking about this, and I hate to bring it up again, but I needed to mention something. Everyone who is saying "well what about ___ that had ___ happen to them?", think about 9/11. There could have been tons of other things going on in the world that day, but where was the world thinking of? New York and America. With Paris being such a famous place, of course it's going to have a lot of fuss over it. (not to mention the fact that it was an attack on their country which came completely unexpectedly)
