ivybrook nodded, purring softly. the pretty white and silver patched tabby fae padded alongside him, her pelt brushing against his for a second. she blushed and looked up at him. "sorry..." she muttered quietly, a scarlet blush crossing her white and silver cheeks. her blue eyes shimmered, the green flecks illuminating in the light. she was rather striking if a tom took the time to look over her, but no one really noticed her inner and outer beauty.

Snailsong purred in victory, carrying her catch back to the path they were using, setting it down and covering it with forest debris so it would be safe. She scented the air, not smelling anything once again.
"Well... Should we try hunting a little further down the path? We may find better prey there. Someone must have nabbed all the prey here before we got here, she decided, scenting along the undergrowth for anything to catch. A bird chirped in the distance, and there was the usual hum of activity in the forest, so it wasn't like all the prey had vanished.

She knew she was just being a mousebrain, but she was really, really scared of being caught. She got herself to calm down and waited, not exactly at the border but a bit away from it, just in case any cat came passing by.. She tried to disguise her scent, but she was pretty sure it didn't work. She watched the border, silently hoping the cat would be there soon. ❥
