I'm sad to say that I am putting my beloved boy, Tadashi Hamada, UFA today.
Over the last few months of trying to reconnect with him, I realized I don't think I'll ever do jst that.
Reconnect.

And I want the best for my smol bean. He deserves that.
Though I can't connect with him does NOT mean I do not love him or do not care about him.
Because I do.
So, it's in my best interest, to give him out to only the BEST of home.

This will be an IMPRESS ME contest.

I want his name to stay as well as his occupation as a "Nanotechnician" to stay.
His SEX must stay male, as he was a NB and born a male, however he may be any identity, sexuality, etc. as you see fit.

Know his family loves him and will always love him so no sob stories.
I'd love to see relationships with Eubi and Nigeria, his mothers.

why do I want him?;; Like everybody else on this thread, I'm here because I've hopelessly fallen in love with this gorgeous plumerian. I am a nonowner, despite having been trying out for plumies for almost a year now, and I am striving to finally be chosen as an owner of one of these awesome creatures. I love everything about this species; the stunning designs, the talented artists, the friendly moderators, and especially the community and those within it! It would delight me to have the chance to grow closer to other members of the community, and owning a plumerian would help me do just that. His design is so beautiful, too! Ahh, it's so nice to look at, and not a single colour is out of place. The artist sure did an amazing job!

personality;; Dashi is a warm, open-minded, amicable individual. He would never dare hide anything from his friends, for he values honesty very highly; if he was told a secret, he would see to it that nobody else found out, sometimes going to extreme measures to do so. It's no surprise that Dashi is considered the perfect image of a friend by many, given just how few flaws he seems to have.

However, despite how he may appear to the outside world, Dashi has what many would term a 'dark side'; a hidden monster within him, that is always kept caged up, for if it was ever to be set free, it would tear him apart. That monster's name is guilt. Guilt for bad deeds, broken promises, and problems no sane person could ever live normally with. And when Guilt rears its ugly head, Tadashi's life is chipped away at, slowly but surely dooming him. Tadashi can never bring himself to speak about what's bothering him. He doesn't want to lay such dull thoughts on his friends' shoulders.

The following are videos taken from Dashi's personal computer. They were protected by several passwords, and seem to date serve as a sort of journal, dating back to his early childhood.

Video 1 - Young Child
The video starts abruptly, and the screen is black. The whirring of a fan can be heard. About ten seconds into the video, the room fades into view, and a young Tadashi appears in front of the camera, his eyes wide with excitement.

"Boo!" he shouts, his voice crackly to match the poor quality of the video. He simply stands there for a little while, his eyes flicking backwards and forwards. He chuckles quietly before speaking once more. His voice is quite distinctly that of a very young child.

"Okay... time to be serious. Right then. Day 1. The start of my new video journal! Whoever's watching this, I hope you're strapped in because this is going to be one wild ride!" he spouts, his arms raised in the air and his ears twitching.

"My name is Tadashi Hamada. It's spelt how the big brother dude from that one animated movie spells it- T-A-D-A-S-H-I H-A-M-A-D-A! But everybody calls me Dashi. It's easier. And that dude from the movie is into nanotechnology! And so am I! What an awesome coincidence, am I right? I bet I could sue to makers of that movie!" Tadashi pauses for a moment. He appears to be in deep thought, as his eyes have glazed over with a dreamy look frozen on his face.

"I have two mums. They're called Eubi and Nigeria, and I don't know what I'd do without them." He has calmed down significantly, and a loving smile is playing at his mouth. "They're both so kind, and careful, and motherly, and they cook the tastiest food, and they take care of me, and I wouldn't give them up for the world!" he grins, the volume of his voice slowly rising as his enthusiasm returns. "I'm an only child. Sometimes I wish I wasn't. And that's not just so I have somebody to blame everything I do bad on, but because I just get so... lonely sometimes." Once more, he turns solemn. "I don't have any friends. And when I say that... I really mean it. Nobody bothers to ever get to know me. I don't think many other kids even know my name." Tadashi's eyes start to water, and he looks down at the ground.

He stays this way for a minute or so before losing himself in his sorrow and bursting into tears. He casts himself towards the camera, and covers the lens with one paw. The screen goes black. Loud sobbing can still be heard. As abruptly as it began, the video ends.

Video 2 - Teenager
The camera clicks on. It's a much clearer image that the videos before it, and there is no background noise. Tadashi, his left ear bearing two silver rings as well his left eyebrow pierced, is sitting directly in front of the camera, his eyes glaring pointedly at the lens. Despite his strong gaze, he seems in a light mood.

"Day 3,784. No, wait. 3,785."
As he speaks, his eyes do not waver even a little from the camera, keeping up the strong gaze.
"Hey. It's Dashi here. You'll never guess what I did today." A proud smile spreads across his face, breaking the stern appearance he had been holding up until this point.
"I built a prototype for my medical aid robot. I've been working on it for so long now, and I wanted to document my first attempt to operate it with a video."

With that, Tadashi got up from his seat in front of the camera and strolled towards the back of his room. A metallic skeletal robot stood dormant there, seeming to be asleep against the wall. Tadashi fiddles with the robot for a second before it blinks to life, its eyes glowing a pale, sky blue.

"H-Hello. How m-may I be of a-assistance?" a robotic voice asked, stuttering and giving out odd creaking noises every now and then. Despite him standing so far from the camera, the delight in Tadashi's eyes is easily discernible, as his entire being seems to brighten up considerably. A wide grin on his face, Tadashi raises a paw towards the robot, showing a small paper cut on his leg. He raises his voice and speaks.

"I'm injured." Tadashi speaks in a clear voice, and the robot responds by reaching into the first aid kit on Tadashi's desk and taking a small plaster. The robot shivers for a second, sending robotic creaks echoing through Tadashi's room before placing the plaster over the plumerian's cut and promptly going back to its dormant state. Despite the robot's actions being to simple, Tadashi is still overjoyed. He rushes back to the camera, his smile incredibly wide, and switches it off without another word.

Tadashi is overall one of the most dedicated, and loyal plumie you will ever meet. He always puts others' needs before his, and never forgets anything or anyone. He always remembers to keep his cool, even in the most stressful or aggravating situations. He's not one to betray you or hold a grudge, but he always will remember what you've done for him or to him, whether is be positive or negative. He strongly dislikes fighting or arguments, and always does his best to avoid them, or prevent them from happening. He is quite brotherly, and will treat you like his favorite little brother, even if you're older than him, which does annoy some people, but he doesn't mind. He's very careful and persuasive, and always will use reverse-psychology when given the opportunity. Tadashi is very open minded, and always loves to learn or teach something new. He is always willing to share his knowledge, and gain knowledge, especially when he's working on a " project. " He currently attends a college, where he studies and learns about Robotics Engineering. His most frequent and recognizable quotes are, " Look for a new angle, " Hey, I'm not giving up on you," and "Someone has to help." When it comes to his family and work, he is very serious and dedicated. He'd drop anything and everything to help his family, or his friends. He'd be willing to sacrifice anything to save anyone, even if he didn't know them that well. His ultimate goal in life is to change the world for the better. He also has a humorous side to him, and is always up for a good laugh. He loves to make people smile, and would always try his best to get a chuckle out of someone. Tadashi is very loyal, and wouldn't trade what he has now for the world.

Tadashi takes his career and robotics very seriously, although he does like to have fun while working or learning. Right now, he's working on a project, and his goal is to be able to program a new sort of medical database, where people are free to browse and see what types of medicines, cures, symptoms and medical issues exist and how to prevent getting sick. It's not that big of a project, but baby steps are always key. Tadashi believes you shouldn't rush into a project, always get to know what your goal is first, research, and then begin. Tadashi excels at his job, and is one of the top students at his college as of now. His work is recognizable immediately, as he always leaves a special " signature " on his work. " look for a new angle! " is always imprinted somewhere on his work. It's his life motto, and it always gives him more opportunities, thinking from a different angle can solve most of his problems. Tadashi is a dedicated researcher and excels in Nanotechnology, and can recite the entire periodic table by heart at request. So far, Tadashi has been able to develop two new types of medicines, but they don't have a name yet. His goal as a Nanotechnician is to try to help others with his knowledge and create new ways to do so. He often teaches children and visitors to his college about what his job is, and his goal, and shows them his project. He currently has a small, yet functional lab in his college, and it also serves as his dorm room. He doesn't live with his parents but he still visits and talks to them regularly. His lab is full of work in progresses, and potential ideas and blueprints. Tadashi will hopefully complete all of these, and be able to put them into work immediately.

Nigeria - " Ma "

Tadashi has always loved Nigeria, and he knew she loved him back. Nigeria always gave him the love and affection he needed, even when he was causing trouble or being rude. Tadashi knew that whatever he did, Nigeria would be there, but sometimes he knew he pushed those limits. as a child, Tadashi was proven to be quite mischievous, but nonetheless he tried to make his mother proud of him. He still loves her, and calls her up often. Her sassy and flirty attitude didn't impact him as an adult, but the sass does show in him sometimes.


Eubi - " Mama "

Tadashi always knew he could count on Eubi, she was the one to put him in place and to be there for him in serious times of need. He also knew that whatever he did, she wouldn't be mad at hi, she just expected more out of him. Tadashi honestly felt bad every time she caught him, as he knew that she's be disappointed. Despite being a little troublemaker, Eubi loved her dear Tadashi, and Tadashi loved her back. Eubi always knew what to say, and how to act when Tadashi needed help. Tadashi also knew she was the authority in the family, so he knew his place. Tadashi loves both Eubi and Nigeria, and is always in touch.

Cedar - " lil' man "
Cedar is like a younger brother to Tadashi, and they spend a lot of time together. Cedar's sweet yet fragile personality matches well with Tadashi's brotherly and supportive personality. Tadashi loves to mess with Cedar, as brothers would. They often pull pranks on each other, hang out, play games, and even have a short argument once in a while. Tadashi has know Cedar for quite some time, and it's been very fun and touching for Tadashi to watch Cedar grow up. Cedar and Tadashi have a bond like no other, and cannot be separated once they've got in touch.




Besides tinkering with robotics or catching up with old friends, Tadashi absolutely loves to doodle. At one point in time, Tadashi considered doing caricatures for a living, thank god he didn't. Tadashi's art style is very advanced, and he has been developing it for the past 9 years. Tadashi often gets bored, during class ( rarely ), at home and maybe on the way to someplace. So he goes straight to his sketch book. Tadashi has had over 30 sketch books over the past 9 years, which is quite a lot actually. Each page, front and back, is filled with doodles, drawings and ideas. If he favors one of his ideas, he might turn it into a robotics project. That's how most of his " robot designs " are created. He is very good with anatomy, especially that of plumies, humans and most animals. He does like to draw landscapes, too. when he was younger, he liked to doodle pictures for his mothers to hang on the fridge. He was quite proud, the " fridge " was a great title and viewing place for his art. It was a great achievement for him. Now he tends to keep his art personally for his use and eyes only, but may feel like sharing some with his friends and maybe the professor. Luckily, I managed to find one of his small and simple doodles. As you can see, it clearly says " Look for a new angle, " his ' signature ' printed in it.

Currently, Tadashi lives in the " dorms " at college, and it is quite a small space. He owns a motorcycle for transportation, and a bicycle. Tadashi has mastered the motocycle, so that's his main way of " looking cool " and transportation. He dreams to live in his own house, either in the city or close to the city. He loves the city he lives in, it's a perfect place for him, plus he's close to his parents. Tadashi would love to have a larger house, with a large backyard and nice inside. It may seem somewhat far-fetched, as there's not that much space or houses in the city, yet he can still dream. He also hopes to own a car, but he'll still definitely keep his motorcycle. His main goal is to graduate college, and continue his career as a nanotechnician. He hopes to cure many " un-curable " diseases with his own medicine and robotics research, and maybe to even start his own company. It would be nice to have someone support him all the way, and to maybe settle down, but for now, Tadashi is dedicated to college. Although he does plan for some other things, Tadashi would prefer to keep them secret for now.

Tadashi loves the city.
