Xavier gave a small but equally loud howl in response. He nodded to Ruby, practically telling her she had to go, but in a polite way. He bounded gracefully to Star and White Flame's location, easily darting past Candy with his amazing speed and balance. His tails streamed out behind him as he ran.

Ruby

She watched Xavier bound away, when he was out of sight she rose to her paw and slid into the undergrowth. Out of pure habit she carried her head and tail low, something that she had learned from birth. She was born to Omega parents, she had gotten use to her role in the pack, in fact she seemed happy with it, for it was the only life she knew. As she walked through the forest only her ears stood high, focused on all the sounds around her.

White Flame's ear perked at the sound of Xavier's howl. The sun caused his snow colored fur to glow. There was still mud and a little bit of deer's blood streaked through his fur. He sat patiently waiting for Xavier and the other wolves coming to help. White Flame cringed at the thought that Daze would probably be coming, for he had been trying to avoid his brother. He glanced over at Star.

Daze dashed after Candy and Xavier. His broad shoulders rippled as he passed Candy, winking at her as he pulled ahead. Xavier was way in front if him, but he pushed forward, digging his claws into the floor trying to catch up to his alpha.

Candy Hearts

She lowered her head and growled playfully. There was no way she was going to let Daze beat her! She veered off the train streaking through the trees. She was breathing hard but quickly started taking less air in. She shouldn't breath hard she has to take long deep breaths. At the right moment she ran back onto the path right beside Daze. "Surprise!" She yelps.

Xavier skidded to a hault once in the clearing with White Flame and Star Gazer. "How-?" He began. The dead deer laid all around him.

"Same way I always have. Secret." Star smiled. "I thought it would be nice to have extra food before winter, don't you think?" Star said.

Xavier shook his head and smiled. He began dragging the deer back. "I knew there was a reason I choose you for lead huntress." He laughed. He nodded kindly to White Flame. "Good work, beta." He said warmly with a smile.

White Flame perked his ears as he saw Xavier coming. He stood up and bowed his head in acknowledgement to his alpha. "Thank you," he grinned in reply to Xavier's words. White Flame glanced over at Star before he followed Xavier, dragging a few deer back with him. Not looking up to see if Daze was coming.

Daze dashed ahead, skidding to a stop when he saw Xavier, White Flame, and Star. He stood in awe when he saw all the deer lying about. "Impressive catch," he commented to Star and winked at her before carrying some deer after Xavier and his brother.

Ruby

Omega : To → Star Gazer

She trotted through the undergrowth when she caught the scent of deer. As she stepped into the clearing she notice her pack mates dragging the fresh caught deer that Star Gazer had caught. She bowed her head to Star Gazer "may I help you with your kill?" she asked.

Star bowed her head respectfully to Ruby because she respected all wolves no matter what their rank. Then she raised her head and nodded. "Yes, please do." She smiled at Daze, but showed no sort of affection more than sibling love. She began to drag more deer after White Flame.

She grabbed a deer by the back of the neck and followed her fellow pack mates back to camp
