"Define.... Leaders? Who are they?" He tilts his head, obviously uneasy.

"there are normal leaders, like the leader of a group of people, and then there's them. those leaders are plotting to take over the world, enslave the rest of mankind, etc, etc. they're getting rid of us because we are here to stop them. and we need to move fast. they're developing a serum that shows if you're abnormal or not. i have been searching for the abnormal ever since i was 'killed'. everyone that knew of me thinks i'm dead."
*she looked away to hide the frustration and pain she had suffered. it showed in her expression.*

He only glanced at her and then looked ahead. "Why do we have to stop them? Are they abnormal also?"

"the leaders... that is unknown to me. i do know they are.. heh.. you could say 'consulting with the devil' i think they are gaining powers from some power source. also.. i came across a village where..."
*she stuttered, not knowing what words were best for this oddity*
"they.. one of them have learned how to persuade a large crowd of people... its like his words were overflowing with magic. and.. that same magic is the one that doesn't affect abnormals. that is part of how they're going to find out, by reversing the effect"

Daniel flapped his wings a few times to slow his landing. "Unh..." He mumbled, changing back. "I'm going to sleep, wake me if anything tries to kill us."

I nodded and changed back to a dragon, curling up into a ball. Strangely, I had developed the ability to sleep with one eye open, and, for some reason, I was also more alert in all senses when sleeping this way. My eye took on a cloudy look, but I could still see anything unusual passing infront off me and anything odd around me. As I slept my tail flicked slowly from side to side.
