My friend started writing The Cannibal Fic, got like 5.5k words, then had to stop bc her laptop got taken away (not bc of that, though)
Here's a preview:

“You really don’t know who I am, do you?” he questioned, actually speaking for the first time.
“No, should I?” I asked, horrified that I might actually know him.
“Oh Dan, you’re so silly,” he said, laughing…wait, no, giggling. For a moment, my heart stopped. I’d know that laugh anywhere. That voice, that laugh, was one I’d spent years trying to forget.
