Okay, TOPIC:
For my English class, we are doing Twelfth Night. A classic Shakespeare comedy. I draw furry-ized versions of how I picture the characters to get a better feel of them, as Twelfth Night has a reputation for being confusing. Like, I sketched Sebastian and Viola/Cesario as mice, Orsino has a German Shepard, etc.

Does anyone else do this to get attached to characters, and not just for popularity?
I don't mean like "I'mma draw everything as a LION 8D " but like "if I draw them, I'll get a better feel of their character and enjoy/understand them better"?

Hey guys, I feel like some of you are posting quads that I don't think qualify, yes they are anthropomorphic, but you need to show it in your drawing and explain it to us how it shows. Posting a piece of art of say a goat and you say it's anthro because it enjoys going shopping, it doesn't really matter unless you have shown the goat going shopping/acting human. I'm not sure if this elaborates anything, please tell me if it's conufsing as heck, I have been very sick for the last three days with a very serious case of the flu which is why I have not been here.

I did exactly the same thing when I read As You Like It, even though I already had watched the play twice X3 I have many math/danish/english sheets completely filled with sketches of Oliver, Jaques, Celia etc. as animals and concepts of different types of animals that would fit the character.

And yeah, this thread generally is on the slow side, it's kinda neat this way :3

I'm really excited ^^ I just found out that for two of my pets, Akami-Chan will make me another dressup game <3 An anthro of my cat charrie, Affie. I prefer her anthro, and don't have any set outfits for her, so akami has free reign <3
